Anyone take their kids here? Do they give each kid the same treatment as the next or is it certain kids get the main roles and more attention? Another question do the instructors actually teach the girls a lot?

If you have questions, why don't you contact the studio and ask. If you have a problem, why don't you talk to the specific person involved. Posting this here is just gossip.

Dear lord not wanting gossip nor do I have a problem. I do not know the people there. I asked a specific question and want honest answers. Sure im going to call and ask that; i am super sure that will go over well ughh! Topix, if used appropriately, is a place to talk about community and advice.. So.... Instead of trolling and making me seem mean then shame on you. Do u think i want to pay all that $ a month if my kid isnt going to get any attention or chances? I was one of those preppy people im school and remember being on sports teams and sadly to say we had a few that were "popular" but had no skill. Yet a normal kid couldnt make the cut or the lead in the play, because....... They pretty much had a certain group of kids in mind... As an adult now i
See that is so not right, but our society.
So again. Please answer my question.

That wasn't my intent. I just know how the people of Kennett function on Topix. It's all gossip. Your question seemed to be digging for certain information Ina negative way. I am sorry if I jumped to conclusions, but you did as well in your reply.

As a parent who had children enrolled but has since moved away, I will do my best to answer your question.

In answer to your question, the students in advanced classes get the major roles in recitals. I dint recall a lead being the same person two years in a row. All students have a role in the recital, starting with the preschoolers all the way up to high school age. The teachers were really good with my kids. I think there may be a couple of different teachers now, but I know that only high quality teachers are sought. Classes are affordable and all costs explained upfront in your enrollment packet.

People do use this site for bad. Seriously wasnt fishing for anything except the truth - good or bad. I do know some places are not fair and i do know a few kids that are my childs age belong to lawyers, and other highly affluent folks here. I just dont want to waste the money or be screwed around if things arent fair ya know...
