I always take my vehicles there to be serviced. Great price on an oil change. No complaints here. What bad experience have you had?

I have heard they have changed and was wanting to know. I have not been in there for a while now. I always liked the young guy that stood in the middle. Can't remeber his name.

They used to have a lot of problems with their mechanics. No oil in engine after oil change, loose oil filters etc. About 10 yrs ago a friend of mine was turning on the street beside my house, they waved as they went by, I turned back around and a second later there was a loud crunch. I turned and saw the car sitting there with the left rear wheellaying on the ground with the car sitting on top of it. My friend said that she had just picked her car up from Raben after a tire rotation.
I think they have straightened things up quite a bit since then though.

I had a semi truck and a freind of mine also.We both had our tire work done there. But the last time I had two new tires out on the steering axle, went about 500 miles and check my tires the next morning only to find that the lugs were cracked . That is caused by not tightening the lug nuts tight enough. When I went back, they put on new lug nuts . But Matt was the one I had do it.the others wouldn't use the tougue wrench. My freind had the same thing on some drive tires and the wheels came off .Costing him down time and money. He only went to Memphis. They paid for it,thats fine. But it cost both of us alot of extra time lost.Plus the wheels coming off could have caused a accident. Can you inmagin the front wheels coming off.You don't play with someones safty.
