Its best too not use Twin Rivers hospital, its more like a bandaid hospital, if you have an Emergency go else where if you want to live. best to go to Jonesboro AR. or Memphis TN. or Poplar Bluff, Mo there are too many quacks in Kennett good luck

Forget Poplar Bluff and Jonesboro. I've had horror experiences at both hospitals. Do Not leave your patient without supervision at Jonesboro.

Not in Kennett. These Dr's are only interested in how many pills they can push.Ask any Dr outside of the bootheel

Why do we pay for a Dr office call when we only see a NP

That in it's self says they have to many patients not enough time to see everyone.Don't get me wrong some are good at what they know. But in the middle of an exiam do they refer to the doctor,NOT

Some of the dr.'s may be fine, but the overall care you receive at TRRMC is anything but satisfactory. It is not a nice feeling at all to see a loved one hooked up to machines in the ER with an estimate of their bill laying across their lap(this happened very very recently.)
A few of the staff members were very nice and helpful (the lab techs, the cafeteria workers, but the ones that were supposed to be monitoring and actually helping were very hard to find.

I would avoid it at all costs. If it is something minor, use the hospital, if not, get to another hospital. The nursing staff is overworked, and underpaid. They have lost their bedside manors and need to be replaced. Doesn't matter if you get your iv meds on time. There was one time a nurse hung a bag on a family member of mine and then never even started it! They missed that dose completely! Horrible, horrible care.

Considering the bashing that goes on this website aimed at TRRMC, by the way wouldn't you think the doors would have been closed for good by now?, anyway, perhaps this isn't the place to choose a dr.
It is ok however to choose to interview a doctor or ask people you know about thier experiences with doctors. People on here are more about bashing than informing.

why bash the hospital in kennett. try being a volunteer sometime and maybe you get yourself a better perspective on trrmc.

Good for letting people lie in a bed and not helping them get any better and try to convince them it is all in thier head.
I can not stand JAIN!
I refuse to call him a doctor.

From what I read on Dr. Tumescu, she is the attending physician in the ER when Selena went in there.

If you are referring to Dr. Jain yes he is a Dr. if you see D.O. after his name instead of MD it means he is a doctor of osteopath. He is still a physician it's just a different type of medical degree.
A Nurse Practioner is an RN who has gotten a Master's Degree and works under the guide of a Dr. She may be able to work in an office by herself by she has to have a phsyician who is her overseerer and go to person. Nurse Practioner's do not go by DR and they can not just open up a practice without having a Dr. to oversee their practice.

let me rephrase that a Nurse Practioner is an RN who has gotten a Master's Degree in a Nurse Practioner Degree it can be family nurse practioner , women's health, cardiology, psychiatric, etc, etc, etc. Hope that clarifies things for you.

The BEST ER DR is DR James Whitlock. He is the most kind and compassionate Dr ever.
My Grandmother just saw the NP at DR. PUCKETT's office (sorry i went blank on the name) and really loved her, she took her time and really listened to her. The office staff was great and really helpful too.
My husband uses DR SCHEIDLER and we really like him. His office staff is great!
JAMES STAHL P.A. is AWESOME when it comes to my babies!!! I wish he could take care of my whole family!!
He is DR ANDY BEACH'S office ( who is also an amazing Pediatrician ) and also in Urgent Care at the hospital.
