I miss Causbie's!!! My all time fave has to be the icebox choc chip. I also like the soft choc chip and the "boy" brownies (the ones w/the nuts)! They do make the best bday cakes. I remember Uniroyal used to give my dad one on his bday every year. It always had the red icing flowers (you could taste the red dye #9) and those silver balls you weren't supposed to eat, but did anyway. Does Mr. Causbie still run it? Last time I saw him was about 5 yrs ago and bless him, he was so slow I thought he was gonna fall over!

Yes. Mr & Mrs Causbie still run it. Mr Causbie still works there everyday. He loves that place.

Just got off the phone with Causbies - they do not have their mail order business set up, yet. Tough luck for us out-of-stater's. If enough people called them inquiring about mail ordering their products, maybe, they will start it soon.

i know that most folks arent fans of fruit cake, but i know that causbie's has the worlds absolute finest fruit cake! and the price is very reasonable too. i worked there a few years back and was able to try it just out of the oven and oh myyyyyy!!! it tasted like a fruit/spice/bread so moist and they use real dried fruit not that artifical "fruitlike" stuff. they have the best products. hands down. my fav is the chocolate oatmeal drops mmmmmmm!

When my daughter was very small, she would go with her Dad to work on Saturday mornings. He would always take her by Causbies to get whatever she wanted and chocolate milk. That is such a good memory for my husband, and I hope for her as well.

I remember getting up early on Saturday mornings with my mom to go "yard saling". We would always go to Causbie's and get white milk and a donut. I LOVE the donuts with chocolate icing with the creme filling. I now live in Tennessee, close to Nashville. Everytime I think about my old hometown, I always think about those donuts. I can't remember how many times I have told my husband about Causbie's. Oh what memories!!
