"The Sin" was written by Robert Vaughan not Leeann's brother. It is a work of fiction.Leeann's brother wrote a book that was fiction, too.I think it was "The Watcher."There has never been a book written about the murder.I wish John Grisham would write one about it.I could be wrong but I think the reason it's never been on those television shows is because there are some powerful people with money that would sue them or pay them not to air it.JMO
Only one motivator more intense than the end of one's is of no is fear that silences the lips of all but fools...and powerful indeed. Dixie mafia comes to mind...of which Garrison himself had ties (so tis rumor) gets really ugly. Good day to "wishyouwell"!

Bump/// bump to the top. This is such a sad story. Why hasent it be on Unsolved mystery or something? If I were the children I would want it solved, no matter what.

I agree with guest. If I was any member of her family I would want justice for my loved one.

The day that people accept murder as being ok, our society has completely gone to its deepest depths. Why would it matter how long ago it happened? Wull we get to the point of saying, "oh, that was LAST year, let's move on." There was great difficulty for family and friends and the community that loved her to "move on." A killer may well be still among us. Are you all comfortable with that? WE are NOT.

Why is this supposed cold case not re-opened?
Dixie Mafia? I doubt it. I say just a greedy, controlling person who seems to be living with his sins and those of his low-life low IQ friends too comfortably. We want this solved. But in the end will come the Judgement Day, which no man can escape. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, but apparently those responsible for this heinous rime ar not Christians or human either.

Dr. Garrison saw fit to associate with Ronald Hamlin, Sheriff Ralph Lambert (who btw was caught stealing from his employer after he lost the election.) Why would a Dr. team up with these people? Suspicious at best, including the attendees on the houseboat the night Leeanne was murdered. Some of you know not from whence you speak, but if someone bothers to do their homework, it would likely all come together into a nasty story of greed and disgrace. It's not Spam, funny or nuts. This young Mom was murdered and many people suffered. The one responsible is the nut, we need to be very careful who we trust.

This murder was much more than a murder. It was a crime of hate, of revenge and of greed. I've sat across the table with all three, the victim, the accused and the murderer, many a time...I know the good as well as the bad of which all three possess(ed) add little more than a twist of fiction...but at least you add. For that I commend you. Wilson, the morning the body was found was a frail old man who had not the strength to climb the ladder much less carry it from his home across the yard to gain entrance into the upstairs bedroom window. My wonder is if your Grandfather ever read the autopsy report? Have you any clue at all my dear child of the torture this young mother endured? Makes Charlie Manson look like a saint.
fact: no ladder was involved; fact: no one has ever proved beyond a reasonable doubt who was there and only who was there really knows and we will probably never know

Gary Garrison did it, plain and simple. He just got away with it. I am a family member and just let it be.

I read that the two books, one written by LeeAnn's brother, are not factual books, only fiction.I wish some one would write a book about what really happened. It would be a best seller. Also they need to do a show on 48 Hours Mysteries,Unsolved Crimes,Etc.This is very interesting.

Just my opinion but I think the real person that killed her is dead and gone, a few years after her. Knew the family and there were some things not brought up as to "save face" for the family. Remember the family was well-known in Kennett and had some pull. This case will never be solved but God knows who did it and I truly believe the person has died since then. So how is a person that has passed away going to be tried? It will cost the taxpayers a lot of money that could be used to help with cases where the guilty party is still alive and can be punished for what they have done.

Too bad John Grissom or Anne Rule won't write a book about this.

Wish somebody would investigate this story. This person(s) got away with a cold blooded murder and needs to be brought to justice before any more time is lost.

I can't believe some people don't want this murder case to be solved there is still a killer on the loose. Someone mentioned Dr Wilson shot himself hunting i'm just curious if they ever compared the gun he was hunting with to LeeAnn's gun shot wound.
