Where do you suggest they put him? Should he go to prison for this? What if there isn't any room in prison? Do you want to pay for a new one?

Agreed.
At least he is ONLY flashing (and no one tell me it is going to lead to more because you don't know this guy or anything about him), which is still not good of course, but he can get some help he needs. I sure as hell don't want to pay tax money for a FLASHER to go to prison.

I hope this guy gets the maximum sentence for this crime. He has only gotten caught several times, that just means he has done this many more times without getting caught or people didn't press charges because they were too afraid of retaliation from this guy.He apparently does not care if he exposes himself to kids, because a previous exposure did involve minors.People in the community need to feel safe and know that their children are not going to be the next victim.Maybe he is unable to stop, well that just proves that he belongs in jail so society can be safe.He is probably thinking he can continue to do this cause he'll just get a ticket and pay a fine.Well,I am willing to use our taxpayer's money to send this guy to jail. Our community, our kids ,and our families deserve the right to be safe.

This guy clearly needs a visit to St. Peter, but as was the case with the Post-Bulletin's employee, it's difficult to make anything meaningful out of this type of incident.

Once again he is not the only "sick-o" you have in that area. There is another on Lake Shore Drive in Stewartville. He has lived in the Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area(near Madison)-He will present himself at first to be a nice/friendly person all the while he is attempting to gain your trust-so he can then take what he wants. He has been questioned by the Bloomington,Minnesota police dept. for inappropriate behaviors upon a child. He has obtained a Minnesota drivers license using an alias(reported to the local law enforcement agency). He is also a chronic alcoholic & drug user . He shared a residence with a man in Deadwood, South Dakota whom was arrested & convicted of sexual crimes upon teenaged boys.It is believed he was also involved, however he left the area shortly before the arrest. He met the lady on Lakeshore Drive on the internet and after only a few short days she allowed him to move in.Unfortunately she has a teenage boy-so she was warned-yet she has chose to ignore the red flags. I only wish someone had warned me!!! There is a trail of debt & crime every where that he has lived. His computer is filled with pornography. So OLMSTED COUNTY BEWARE BECAUSE HE IS THERE NOW!!!

I know this will come up as St. Paul, but I live in the community. It would be great if everyone would call the county atty. office and let her know of the feelings. When is enough enough? i posted on another sight commenting on this. If we try anything, we will have damages on us from retribution. When will he stop slipping through the cracks.

The "sick-o" on Lakeshore Drive Stewartville mentioned above has already been evicted a few months ago along with the gal pal. The "sick-o" was never placed on the lease. They left behind debt again-(utilities not paid). The appliances were also stolen. That poor sad teenage boy that is dragged with them-How sad for him. Court records show that they are still in the OLMSTED county area.
