Ross Lawrenceville, GA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Dec 15, 2009 He was indicted in September by the federal government in Atlanta. Among other things for Securities Fraud. His sidekick, Ben Stanley was also indicted.
Corrections Officer Grass Valley, CA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 Sep 23, 2012 Rufus Paul Harris is serving 23 years in FCI-Texarkana federal prison. He began his sentence in June 2012. He will not be eligible for his earliest possible release date until 07 June 2031. He has filed an appeal of his case which was rejected in September 2012. He subsequently filed a request for transfer to another facility based on a claim that he was sexually assaulted by three inmates at FCI-Texarkana. The request for transfer was denied and he was moved to another pod of the prison separate from the two inmates who allegedly sodomized him.
