Sorry that happen to you. Best rule of thumb is not to break the law and you will not be subjected to such things as this judge. We you break the law you pay in more ways then you can imagine, liking going before a nasty judge, losing that great job and no one believing in you. Not everyone is treated fairly. I know I have family in prison and jail.
easy said then done everydoby breaks the law every day weather it be little or small

They felt remorse for being caught, not committing the crime. The others didn't hold up the bank. The others didn't go on shopping sprees. The others were not pretty white girls inking their book deal.
Justice not served, but really. Is anyone shocked?
Don't place yourself in any position where you will be judged in the court system. I'm not saying the judge was fair, but if you stay out of harms way usually life is easier. I'm not saying trouble want come your way, but when it does leave the area quickly.

cobb county racist wrote:
on January 15, 2008 I had this same Judge and she shows a great hatred and racist attitude toward Blacks she treated me just as bad however I did not get a 25 years in Prison Sentence I was there on a probation violation technicality no new charges since 2000. I was arrested 11/7/07 and lost a great job and she made me sit in jail for 10 weeks every time I came to her court room I was not seen until 1/15/2008 at this time she talked to me like I was a dog in the street not a human being she told me how disgusting I was she berated me she was insensitive to me and would not hear out the facts only going on the words from the probation officer alone., The facts were I did report and I did pay and completed ommunity service in 2004, After 15 minutes of her bitter tirade of reducing me to nothing with her cutting words and theory she sentenced me to repeat the same payment that was already paid, Community Service all over again and to report on intensive probation, The probation officer was lieing the entire time she took his side he was white., and I am Black over 55 years old a grandmother, she also screamed and shouted so loud at me that the section in the court where the probation officers sat was roaring with laughter as she commented on my looks etc personal things about how I isgusted her. all of this is on tape. racist comments and racist behavior a Judge.Yes this verdict is unfair, and the decision judge & decision maker is racist immoral and practice rulings on the old south by KKK standards she is a nightmare and when I get the money to get the transcript I will hire a Attorney and reverse this all. Bottom line when I was released and reported to Cobb the Probation Officer acknowledged that she had my community service and payment made and all that was stated in court I had not done she claims she had it. But I have to repeat it all over,This is not fair and the ruling from this Judge 25 years on this young man is wrong she ruled on his color nothing else.More than that the receipts I had for payment came from Jay Stephens Office the Clerk of Court showing I paid off the fine and all of my receipts and records was ignored and the Probation officer act like I had made this up. and the Judge believed him/ The DA Office had sent me a payment in full letter and they ignored that. If you are looking for Justice in this County you need to know it will not happen there are double standards and they ruined me I had a great job and lost it, and cannot find another one and they have me on intensive probation. Over 60 days ago I contact the DA office about the receipts and they said they will investigate it I am still waiting . This Judge was even more agitated with me because I was sitting in a holding cell and witnessed a sweetheart deal given to a Trustee who never reported or paid in 5 years she was white and got a great deal and I wrote the Judge that she had wrote me a letter giving me a court date and allowed me to sit in a cell for 7 hours and did not see me and I was on the calender call and this Trustee was not on the calender was chauffeured by private car to court and went into her courtroom and was given a negotiated sweet heart deal. which I heard word for word. The fact that I heard this whole sweetheart deal and told the Judge this in a letter made her furious and in her tirade she held this against me. The pattern is obvious she treats blacks unfair and whites exceptionally different.
I think I understand what you are saying in your blog but I'm just curious about two things (of course I will understand if you don't want want to answer) but... what is it that you did to have to go to court in the first place? and the other question is a little off track but why exactly do you call yourself "Cobb county racist" is that name, like, supporting racism or against it?

Just another example of: "when whitey does it, it's rationalized, when blacky does it it's demonized. There's no way around it
