what the heck is wrong with you people? This young man has been discriminated against and all you can do is turn it into a drama soapbox. What the school did was wrong. The students for the most part probably excepted him for what or who he is. This young man is going to make some very hard decision to ensure a happy life for himself, the last thing he needs is to be judged or put under a spotlight while he is figuring out his path. Show some compassion and support!

"Georgia Highschool Boots Student for Crossdressing"

This is completely incorrect. He withdrew himself from school and quit.

The title is incorrect but he really had no choice but to quit school. He should have stayed in school and had the ACLU sue.

If the school was not going to support him, he had no choice but to leave. Constructive expelsion.

But dress codes should not be gender discriminatory either. Gender discrimination I believe is unconstitutional and against federal law. And male or female clothes are not sexual unless they are revealing. Another form of gender discrimination is that women can dress like men but men cannot dress like women. That is setting a gender double standard.
CANNOT? dress like women?

I wouldn't say cannot. I heard like 40 percent of men cross dress anyway. I think we actually pay more attention to the ftm crossdressers than the mtf.
