The mayor is another tax and spend pubic figure who couldn't run a candy store. he is very arrogant and uses scare tactics as does his police chief when speaking to citizens regarding his proposed doubling of Kenner real estate taxes. he does not take questions from the floor unless they are in writing and screened.
Last night at the Chateau Estates Civic Association the mayor presentation and took about 35 Min. and he would only allow 4 questions before he said no more questions. The presentation and the meeting was no more than a forum for the mayor with little or no input from the citizens.
