Destroying or defacing public property (or any property not belonging to this vandal, without the property owner's permission) is a criminal act and not an endeavor of 'an artist'. He may of had artistic abilities but was more a criminal than any thing else.
you sir, are an ignorant ass. you know nothing about the graffiti sub solture, where all members are considered artists, because that's exactly what they are. art is expressing yourself in a new and unique way that maybe only you understand, and many 'artists' around the entire world, find thier art in grafiti. This boy was 16 years old, and he died because of a carless cop, so you call him a criminal? burn in hell

His death is a shame, especially in how it happened, but why would a vandal, defacing public and/or private property, be considered an 'artist'?

not a day goes by that we don't think of you...
more than crew, a family is what we knew...

we joked, we played, we laughed, we lived...
the passion you had for art, for graff, you gived...

never the less, two days from today will mark two years since you've been gone...
dying doing what you loved is living like never before, however you're death, i know it was so wrong...

we cried, we shared our all our memories of you, and you just wait, in two days, we'll see you again soon...

WITH NOTHING BUT LOVE AND RESPECT,

It's been 2 years and 6 days since the accident.
I still think about you all the time bro.
You were supposed to graduate this year...
i cried at all your friends open houses because
you were supposed to be there with them.
and you werent.
I can't wait to see you again.
I love and miss you so much.

and you Jerk's who keep dissing him,
like you know him, shut the hell up.
If you really knew Victor You would know what
an amazing kid he really was!
He was one of the most kind hearted people i know.
He was only a kid still, so he mad mistakes.
and no mistake is big enough to take a life over.
ecpecially over a stupid wall, that they painted
over and cleaned the next day.
yet didnt even have time or the curtisy to clean his blood off the freaking ground.
People are hurting over his death,
and you still have the balls to run your mouths.
It makes me sick.

and the definition of art is:
the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance.

and all aesthetic principles is differentiated emotions, being able to produce a response or an emotional reaction, or convey information.

Art is a way to express yourself. Graffiti is art.
You can argue this factor as much as you want.
But it is art.
Nothing you can do, can change my mind.

The fact that painting a wall is enough to get you
run over and killed, and yet the man who runs over a 16 year old for drawing a picture faces no repercussions at all shows that only establishment lives matter. If you are a cop you can do anything, and if you’re not you can be killed for anything. Land of the free! Rest in Peace Munik

Too bad his balls weren't big enough to hid up his pants. What a moron to deface public property and then run like a chickenchit and trip on his baggy pants. Karma rocks!

It wasn't and "accident" he was committing a CRIME.
I doubt he would have graduated seeing as he wasn't even smart enough to wear pants that were his size.
He wasn't an "artist", he was a criminal and not a very bright one either!
I don't care if i can't change your mind seeing as you haven't got much of a mind or a brain to begin with.

Excuse you? How dare you insult someone who is deceased. As well as a woman. You clearly are a classless and arrogant person.
He would have graduated. I know that. All his friends know that.
We all graduated. We all are off doing better things. What are you doing? Hiding behind a computer screen.
And if you knew anything about the case, you would know that the police officer was in an SUV.
So you're telling me he tripped and fell on the ground? And then a police SUV ran him over to the point where he got caught on the front and was dragged for several yards?
That doesn't even make sense.
The only way he could have been hit the way he was, and dragged the way he was, was if he was standing when he was hit.
I saw the crime scene. I saw where his body was dragged.
There was still blood on the grass where his body had been dragged for yards.
If he had tripped and was laying flat, like the police officer claimed, then he wouldn't have gotten hooked to the front bumper. She would have been able to go right over him in an SUV.
And why did it take her multiple yards to stop?
You either had to be going highway speeds...or you didn't really try that hard to stop.
Really think about all of that.
And even if you don't agree for whatever mind boggeling reason...there is no reason to insult him or myself.
He was a great kid. And was very much loved. To disrespect him that way, is disrespecting the friends and family who are still mourning his death years later.
If a friend or family member of yours was killed either accidentally or on purpous at the young age of 16...you would be hurt and devastated. Whether they were doing something wrong or not.
Nothing is worth taking someones life for.
So for someone who is trying to say they are sooo much smarter than me...you seem like an arrogant and very stupid person right now.
I really do hope that you are not the type of person you are portraying on this computer screen.
I will be praying for you.
Run faster lol

You think he had bigger balls, like that is such a great thing? Meanwhile the person you just insulted obviously has a bigger brain and therefore didn't die in one of the stupidest (and funniest) ways ever.

The dumbass vandal tripped on his pants while running from the cops. Yeah, guys with big balls always run like wussies when the cops come, right?
