His death is a shame, especially in how it happened, but why would a vandal, defacing public and/or private property, be considered an 'artist'?

Destroying or defacing public property (or any property not belonging to this vandal, without the property owner's permission) is a criminal act and not an endeavor of 'an artist'. He may of had artistic abilities but was more a criminal than any thing else.

You seem to know quit a bit about guys with big balls - you must have a lot of experience with those balls pounding against your ass! Takes a lot of guts to destroy other's property. What a man! LOL!

Victor was a good kid so all yall down there running ur mouth need to be respectful and let the kid RIP... he was young and stupid like a lot of us were and/or are but you have to realize that he has, friends,a mother, and a little brother that was left behind that are probably still reeling the effects of his death. I personally recently joined the NAVY and I was expecting to see Victor when I got back in town... the should be a lesson to everyone... I guess your not ever to young to die. Luv ya man, Zro
