Chiropractor to re-open practice following suspension; more charges pending
A Kennebunk chiropractor whose license was suspended following charges of sexual misconduct with patients, plans to reopen his office as soon as possible, his lawyer said last week.

I cant believe the board gave him his license back. This will be on their shoulders as well as his when he does it again to another womam....

It is unfortunate, however, in fairness to the Board Members the are making decisions based on the information provided to them at the hearings and Clifford has hired 3 Attorney's to block critical information needed for the Board to revoke his license permanently.
