What does that mean?
And even the supposed bad (and now criminal) act that apparently inspired this new law, doesn't make any sense. "The man appeared to be observing children entering the community bathrooms." What does that mean?
It's a good bet that in the real world this new law is just going to be used against "creepy outsiders" who haven't done anything real for which they could be charged with.
If ANY law has ever sounded un-constitutionally vague, it's this one.
