Looking for information about Kenilworth

I am considering a move to Kenilworth, NJ. My Real Estate agent advised me to stay away and stick with Westfield, which is significantly more expensive. Any feedback from Kenilworth residents would be much appreciated on crime, quality of life etc.

Thank you!

Hi Anthony,

Kenilworth is a wonderful small town with a lot of community pride! It is much smaller and much different than Westfield though. Westfield has a really prominent and more upscale downtown while Kenilworth has a small strip of stores on it's main drag, The Boulevard. Kenilworth definitely has a small town feel and everyone I know that grew up there loves it to this day! It's not for everyone though so I would suggest walking around town or if you have kids, visiting one of the schools so you can get a better idea. If you do have children, I would also suggest doing some more research to compare the school districts since they are very different.

Please feel free to visit our website www.TheEmmaTeam.com for free school reports or more real estate information. I grew up in the area (Mountainside) and have a lot of family members both in Kenilworth and Westfield so I'm sure I can answer any more questions that you may have. Please let me know how I can help!
