Wharton officer fatally shoots teen during search

WHARTON, Texas Wharton County authorities say a 17-year-old was shot and killed by a police officer as members of a drug task force executed a search warrant at the teen's home.

Unless you lie about where you are from dont presume to know so much as to discredit the victim.
Corruption is very common in the police force. Loyalty and Justice and Righteousness are very sparsely the commanding currency in todays powerhouses. Currency is the commanding currency, especially when a bullet proof vest backs up the gun that backs up the badge.
As a Wharton County resident I hear hundreds of stories of this terrible corruption from "the common folk",(the true body of humanity, not the brute bullies who take and seize as they please), and have witnessed it myself. Isn't there a better way? Is there no compromise? How many must die? Where is the LOVE?

Another fine dose of a bunch of want to be starsky and hutch cops. Give the boy in blue a gun and he thinks he is god. If those cops were of any quality, they would be sombody. If you ask me they are a bunch of loosers. You never see them take on a situation alone.... they are scared. Pile them up in a bunch and they are Rambo. several latino ones on that force are just plain sorry.... if you don't believe me just go ahead and get pulled over..... you will find they are really awesome with a badge on their chest and a wimp in public....

NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG, HMM WAS HE ON PROBATION? YEP, DID HE HAVE DRUG CHARGES? YEP, DID ANY OTHER PERSONS IN THE HOUSE HAVE ANY GUN RELATED/VIOLENT CHARGES AT ANY TIME? YEP, SO DEFINE NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG, WHAT WAS WRONG IS THE GUNG HO COP , AND ANY ACTUAL EVENTS LEADING TO THE SHOOTING, LIKE DID HE OR ANYONE CHARGE THE COPS AT ALL? COULD BE SHOT DEFENDING SURE, BUT THEY WERE ANNOUNCING WHO THEY WERE LOUD AND REPEATEDLY ALONG WITH OTHER INSTRUCTIONS THAT I AM SURE BECAUSE A SHOOTING HAPPENED, THEY DIDNT FOLLOW WITHIN A SAFE TIME. I agree with this post, I know the whole damn lot of them, losers and dopers/dealers including his skank hoe girlfriend, as far as gung ho cop, not even close.They pushed their limits and infact did charge the cops, he wasnt shot in his bed asleep you idiots, he was shot in self defence because he was a young smack talking punk who didnt drop what was in his hands, read the steno's reports in the courthouse and see 2 other family members agree he didnt drop what was in his hands..... but nope , instead you want to blame your problems on someone else and try to sue for ungodly ammounts of money, which to my general satasfaction, the family didnt win any money hahahaHAHAHAHAHAHA, dont sell drugs to undercover cops, and do listen to cops when they have a search warrant and guns drawn, you may live to thank me, and if you dont, wont make me lose any sleep. glad he dead, wont have to pay for his prision time.

Ouch, thats cold, but seems to be true. just another sad story the cop gets to tell his children instead of the loser shot. the court does allow access to closed cases so they are available to be read. hmm i havnt lost any sleep neither i must say
