It's is as the taxpayers exist to fund those in government. And the guy was using the taxpayer funded computer at police station while on duty.
Not entirely true. I think it all depends on how connected a person is or how small the department may be. For instance - Deputy Blas Garay was arrested this past fall for "child solicitation". He was suspended WITHOUT pay immediately and has since been fired. He has never gone to trial, i.e; never been found guilty. That was someone on the MCSD payroll. Yet on the same department about two years ago a black deputy was charged with "sexual battery". He was suspended WITH pay, never fired, charges got dismissed and hes back to work for your local CCB.

Dont say all of them are pampered. Deputy Garay must not have been on his knees enough to warrant a fair shake at keeping his job, with or without pay.

knowbody has the right to judge anybody till you know the full story of what is going on ,media no matter what it is is always going to make it one sided and make a bigger deal out of it then they need to a fellow police officer i hope the best for him and his family all the luck in the world ....good luck brother and i am on your side....
