I agree no property taxes then we can actually own the land we pay for instead of renting it from the gov't who can just traipse on that land when ever they want take a shit on it in front of you and you like it or go to jail (open fields doctrine) our Gov't passes an exception to the fourth amendment way back in the day before your great grand daddy's time that states that you have no reasonable expectation of privacy on marked or fenced land even if that fence is ten foot high and you cant see through it this amendment was added in a time when airplanes were non existent or rare as hell at minimum the supreme court ruled that you don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy because a airplane can fly over and look down and see your land which is the biggest stretch of injustice ever committed against private property owners ever it might and I even say MIGHT be fair then if probable cause exist that law enforcement get a warrant and then fly over and look down American people your fourth amendment rights were craped on the day they enacted the open fields doctrine and like property tax if you don't stand up to big brother now one day you will look around and your gov't will be beheading your family and friends in the town square all of this IN THE LAND OF THE FREE WHERE MANY LAY DOWN THEIR LIVES TO ENSURE FREEDOM FROM THIS VERY TIERNEY IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP AND STAND UP!!!!!!!!!!

I think you took it a little too far with beaheadings and such but if we don't stand up for our gun rights now we will not have the power to stop goverment from eminent domain
haha THAT WAS MY DESIRED OUTCOME IT GOT PEOPLE TALKING DIDN'T IT? with that said when I had an officer of the law walk up on my private campground that I own and treat me like I was trespassing and in front of my kid who was there with me I asked why he was on my land and he told cause he can be and if I didn't like it move to Canada when I got defensive he and his partner had me put my and my sons hands on my quad while we were frisked (they had the wrong property ) they left my property with no apology when I complained to their boss he told me they were within their rights to do that (no probable cause no reason to be there at all )I am sorry but that felt like a decapitation it showed me to be weak in front of my kid and showed him he had no freedom or at least only freedom they afforded him at minimum I had my legs cut out from under me and I felt violated on property I have paid in full but it belonged to them that day and aparently still does they just let me use it until they want it (imminent domain) the open field law was first indoctrinated in 1924 that states you have no privacy outdoors except in the curtlage of your home but the supreme court as far as I can see has only upheld the curtlage twice in history if we as a society don't fight against this we won't have privacy anywhere and that will be comunisismthe courts are a money making machine a tax on the public they were a protection now they make laws to help law dogs invade you and your wallet it is time to wake up get off the side line and into the game I don't want to protect criminals but I want protection from gov't and lawdogs and judges that want to get rich and if some criminals get protection in the process I will have to accept that for the good of my country THE LAND OF THE FREE!!!!!! right

You made some very good points of which I agree with almost all of them. The cops in many instances act like power hungary pigs, stormtroopers.I have been violated once by there "need no reason"attitude. There are good officers that wouldn't dare act the way the ones you encountered did,but not many.
When Indiana done away with thier own Magna Carta style law it left me in wait for the day some homeowner goes to prison for killing a cop because some pigheaded, power hungary authority monster decides he is just going to walk in and he gets his head blown off by some homeowner or worse yet some homeowner dies by cop hands because he thought his home was being invaded/broken into and reached for his gun on the nightstand and is shot dead by an officer. The officer I am sure would be found to not be at fault.
One piece of advice to everyone:Buy more ammo!It will get worse.I have a fear of an oncoming civil war in this country.Just after Obama claims himself King.
In My opinion you are an Idiot .

Sorry but I'm feeling compelled to chime in here once again even though I am a ex-pat Hoosier.

If any of you are or know an attorney (you don't have to admit to either), ask them or find out what an allodial title is or rather *was*.

All privately owned property once was so titled until the first property tax was levied and paid.
Property taxes are fairly new, only having been levied for about 150 years and before then, all property was sovereign.

I asked a relatively newly graduated attorney who had passed the state Bar and he had no idea what the term even meant.

Check any Black's Law Dictionary, they have not yet expunged this deceased word.

I feel what you are saying just so you know I did vote for Obama grudgingly just don't trust republicans with the future of mankind as far as gun control goes if the dems try to take my weapons i will give my vote to republicans and watch the country burn people like ginger will be the reason the gov't will pass law after law that will destroy our basic freedoms and they eventually will be able to detain us on suspicion that we don't like them lol our gun rights should remain in tact I did not shoot anyone let alone 20 children I wish that douchnozzle at the school would have shot himself in the eye by accident before shooting those kids I hurt for that community and cried for days and still do I guess if god gave me an ultimatum lose my guns or have those people lose their kids I have to say it wouldn't take me a split second I choose the kids but to ginger there's lots of ways to stand up for your rights don't vote for those who make laws to take them in the future I will check to see who is jerking me! and republican or not I will and have before vote that way

ha well done well done ginger sounds like brain washed cop I read your latest post and feel your frustration I am not an Obama fan the repubs should have ran a better candidate one that didn't screw a bunch of working men and women the way he did and I would have voted for them instead as for civil war I can see that but I hope it don't come to that if it does I will see you in the trenches lol

Yes yes Ginger comes off as bit of a loon but it takes all kinds.Mitt was not my choice, our Governer(Indiana) if he had ran I think would made good, heck he straightened out Indiana's budget and put us in a surplus!Civil war,I hope not either but the growing gap between classes and the threat of losing gun rights etc etc it could, but if it ever does i'll see you at the front lines!
personally I don't want to crucify ginger because the name alone makes me think of a sexy red head that could melt my Glock 21 with just one wink (but for all I know she is a harry freckle faced lardass crackhead) I will keep my vision for personal satisfaction but I don't want to alienate anyone I want to have a dialog with them and see if I can make a General for my fight against Tierney I hope the fight will be fought in the court of public opinion it will be a long battle that our children will have to wage but I hope they will have the privacy on the land that I hope to leave them but I have a sickening feeling that I worked my whole life to give them the useage of that land that is if the gov't lets them I still think we can use people like Ginger if for no other reason people like them will prepare us on how to win this argument! I have discussed this unlawful entry onto private land with a ton of people and most thought it was illegal for the cops to go on my place without a warrant some people knew they could do it but were appalled by it in fact the only ones I talked to that felt it was alrite were cops or DNR isn't that a hoot the most interesting conversation I had was with a cop that had a hundred and thirty acre farm handed down for generations in his family he stated that he was sickened that they could walk right on that land but said they needed probable cause if It was challenged that most don't challenge it in contrast the asswipe that walked on my land told me if I didn't like it move to canada

i'm surprised no body has anything to say about this if you own property you should be able to do what you want and all others should stay the hell out unless you invite them and that includes law enforcement period..........
