Pea Diddle? Pee Diddle?

Among the possible meanings of this term, I used to use it to mean "nothing." Like, "I don't know pea diddle about that." This was maybe 40 years ago.

Was that expression unique to northern Indiana? Does anyone else use it that way? Am I remembering it wrong?
