767 homes proposed in Kendall area

Bellingham builder Aiki Homes Inc. has filed plans for a 767-home development on 272 acres along Kendall Road in Peaceful Valley.

we think this would be a great idea it would bring in more diversity and a possible incentive to bring more enforcement into the community to better protect its residents and their homes.Also it would make the value of the community itself go up.

Amazing whay on can run into on the net?Last thing we need is more homes out here.I moved here 30 years ago to get away from mass confusion.We don't have the water sewage roads or much else to suport them.Funny how a bunch of speculators can worm their way into a comunity an force exspantion on local folks they don't need or want.Seems to me a few years ago the county passed a law that you could only build on 5 acres out this way.Wonder how that dissapeared?Since Paradise club was dispersed we have been sent great deal of sex offenders welfare folk an druggies so the good city folk didn't have to deal with them.Wonder what we'll get with this bright idea?Wonder how many of these speculators and investers would come live with all that an be part of the neighborhood?I expect they'll take the money an run to their usual lifestyle.As for enforcement,in 30 years i've not had one reason to call them.If "Anonymos" Thinks is such a good idea?Wonder why their "Anonoymos" ?
