Suit against Kendall supervisor rejected
State appellate judges have dismissed a lawsuit against the supervisor of the town of Kendall, Orleans County, who last month lost his re-election bid by only seven votes.

The lawsuit did what it was intnded it cost the democrates the supervisor seat. I have said for a long time that when the election is over we should all work for the town. Now I think the best think for Kendall is to shut it down. I wish I was part of Carlton.
