How can people come up with ideas like this in a community that is in the midst of a financial collapse?? Agrim has already closed and Phillips is scheduled to close soon. Then the mom and pop business that die with the closing of the big business. People leaving the community to live else where. I wonder who are these 25 people that came up with this scheme. And wonder why they don't know what is going on around them in their own community. The borough assembly should be ashamed of themselves!
