Alaska considering oil waste site in Nikiski

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation is looking for public feedback on an application for a solid waste permit submitted by a local energy support company to build an oil and gas drilling waste disposal site in Nikiski.

Please note that all through the documentation it states that ADEC did not properly asses the site according to their own words.
No one was even assigned this from 1979 to 1982, then also from 1986 to 1992 according their own documentation.

Please note that the said plume was never properly assessed and that only one test well was drilled according to the ADEC documents.

Now ADEC is considering a permit to AIMM Technologies, to place an open drilling waste monofill next to the already contaminated, not assessed for 27 years site!
