How ironic that a true Alaskan hero, Dr. Curtis Menard passed away the same day that a real Alaskan zero got sentenced to prison.

Dr. Lockwood will claim his innocence long after the point that the jail door slams behind him. He has licenses in CA, OR & AK. CA revokes licenses of tax evaders. OR & AK should follow suit. AK has had grounds to suspend his license but operates as a complaint driven system and has not acted.

"Defendant shall remain on bond and report to the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons as notified by the Probation or Pretrial Services Officer."

How long must we wait for the Probation or Pretrial Services Officer to extract this felon and con-man from society? Or is Judge Sedwick letting him roam free and letting him stay out on appeal?

Geithner is not head of the IRS, he is the Secretary of the Treasury. Perhaps if some folks would buy a clue.....

Dr. Glenn E. Lockwood's appeal has it's oral arguments tomorrow in Anchorage. Is this no longer news-worthy? Will there be an update by Mr. Whitekeys? Will there be an AP article that is picked up all over AK and the lower 48 again? Will anyone read this post about this Kenai dentist? He was one of IRS' top ten for the year and was used in DOJ's FY11 budget request from Congress.

True, but considering the Commissioner of the IRS reports directly to the Secretary of the Treasury the point is still valid..

As you say, perhaps if some folks would buy a clue!!!!
