Has anyone heard anything about the Regatta Townhomes / Waterford Harbor Marina area? Been listening to Channel 11 and 13-- haven't heard anything besides the Boardwalk being flooded.

Thanks and God Bless!

Does anyone have an idea of the structural condition of the townhomes in general? Roof tiles off, trees down, etc. Did the water from the harbor affect any of the structures?

Thanks

Hi Gail, I spoke with some friends that are in the area. Park at Waterford not flooded on fm2094 side, no electricity as of earlier today. Structure seems ok. I will be going back tomorrow and if I have power in Meadow Bend I will report.
Stay safe

Just was at Regatta Townhomes to check on our unit. Electricity and water are on!! The only damage I saw in the complex was a few roof tiles blown off and one broken window. Danny said that the water never came over Mariners Drive, except near the part near 2094. Waterford Harbor and all boats looked fine except a few tattered sails. Watergate had a lot more damage but still not bad compared to Seabrook and the north shore of Clear Lake, which were pretty bad. Mariners Drive had just a few branches down off the trees lining the street - nothing major. Mail is being delivered and the Post Office is open and had no water damage. A lot of businesses are open.

Overall I'd say we fared very well!

As of today, no power in Kemah, limited water pressure & no public services, per the Sheriff's Dept who answered Kemah PD's phone line.

Thanks Steve, sounds like we at the Townhomes were very fortunate. I plan on returning tomorrow.
