Why is she not exposed on TV? All the other teachers have been. I want to see a picture of this woman.

She was a baby herself, as it says at the end of the article, perhaps they shouldn't have teachers too close in age to that of the students.

I don't think they should suspend her for good. I just think she should teach children that are much younger than her.

I hope that an immature mistake (we all make them) doesn't keep her from continuing her career in teaching.

I feel that she should be able to teach again but allow her a second chance with which the school district monitoring her behavior very closely. Everyone deserves a second chance. The teachers today have a hard time because the kids want to be their friend and the laws are so strick that these children can get a way with almost anything but when an adult tries to correct thing we end up being punished. However if the teachers were able to use some form of punishment they would take the teachers serouis.

This was actually thrown out of court because there was false information presented and there was no evidence of anything. Every case was dismissed and there was no jail time or fee involved with the matter.(Minus the original arrest, where she was bonded out immediately) Her picture was not shown because she was not convicted of anything. Of course, the fact that this happened wasn't in the news because that isn't "newsworthy" enough.
I think that before you are willing to judge someone, you should definitely know the whole story, and as a common occurrence, the newspaper reporting the story, published false information.
Think about things and don't be so quick to judge. Not everything that is said in the news is true.
Maybe for once, when students make false accusations against a teacher that is less than 5 years older than them, the students should be investigated and not vice versa. Students now
a days will do anything to get out of failing a class and/or getting in trouble.
Remember that, instead of getting on a website and talking unfairly about someone who was caught up in something that has, unfortunately, become a more common occurrence in the US.(Teacher accusations)
