Didn't you know - murder is accepted behavior in Lake County! Especially among the tax-funded swine!

Its all about "Its a personnel matter". Those in power are allowed to lie for each other. So there's not a thing that can be done without Jerry Brown. With this local government its wish in one hand and poop in the other and you know the one you'll get first. Justice, no such thing.

Why ask the question? If a car going 100MPH in total fog hits a car parked by the side of the road and kills the passenger in the car would you ask the question? That is the closest equivalent to the Clear Lake accident I could think of. There are clear rules for boating and the power boat broke most of them that night. The three most obvious are 1) you cannot go faster than is safe, which would probably be 10% of what the boat was going, 2) Power boats will keep clear of sail boats, and 3) an overtaking boat will keep clear of the boat it is overtaking. Given that, is there any question who is guilty?

Donna: Because there may be thing people do that might be stupid, another is not allow to kill them. There was enough blame to go around. This system only chose one to point a finger at one. Bad all away around. If that be the case I would be allowed to kill allot of county employees.

Poser - such a good little posting bot for our rogue LE. Always the same note but it has gotten flat. Another year till you are relegated to the dust bin of local election history.

Do you really think that you will ever get the answer from the LCSO, NOT! We are know the answer without reading a debriefing. It's called the GOB.
They were hell bent on protecting one of their own and thats exactly what they did. Despite who we all know was the guilty one here (Perdock). Guess we will be seeing you at the polls and just another vote we have to get the corrupt out!

no surprise you're yawning, as you posted this at 3;30 AM, and that's close to the bedtime for even a veteran tweaker like yourself! Put down your mountain dew and crank pipe and lay your head on your pillow so you can start dreaming about the next time you get spanked on the RB blogs! BTW, I hear the cops are watching your house now, so better be careful or mom will find out about the meth lab and then you'll be in trouble!

the first question is fair as perdock was clearly traveling at an unsafe speed, but you can't give way to boats you can't see, so the other two laws don't apply here. I want to see several things happen here:
#1: Dinius should be paid-off by the county, he'll probably sue anyway so that's another reason to do it besides we owe it to him.
#2:Perdock should be fired for perjury and accessing case files, he's useless as a LE officer now that it's proven that he's dishonest/untrustworthy, just like Beland.
#3:a night time speed limit should be inacted, 25mph at the max.
#4:hopkins should be thrown out of office by the voters, with gusto!

The whole sailboat crew was legally intoxicated that night. They were running without benefit of running lights and lookout with a total drunk at the helm, who has prior DUIs BTW. The sailboat should have never left the dock that night. The rest of the denial is just that by the law enforcement and authority hating defense conspiracy shill smatterings and like minded jury that let guilty men walk.
And all this coming from a No Show!

he's not off the hook yet, but I want to see more of Rivero before I toss him under the bus. Mitchell did blow it, and it was before the Dinius case that I heard about the breakdown in morale at the LCSO, which was traced back to Mitchell setting a bad example with his alleged affairs, so he does have a fair amount of blame to deal with, I'm just not certain yet that Rivero is the answer.

I really want to hear what the deputy sheriff's association is going to do endorsement-wise, they have to work under the sheriff and i'd tend to go with what they want unless it's a close call and then I'd tend to go with rivero-but we'll see, plenty of time left to decide.

You forgot to pitch out Mitchell and prosecute Mann for illegal activities. Mitchell after all approved and coordinated the entire cover up and there is more than this. Mitchell knew about the child porn connection right after Perdock told him and Mann and Hopkins? They had the doc hand delivered to them so they can't lie and say they didn't. Our kids are at risk because of the "loyalty" and cover up of this gang of creeps? No way! They are also involved in theft and first degree murder. Little matter, but who wants to go up against them? I am doing it now and it will be my life's work if need be. I have had it with this "system" holding the taxpayers hostage and using their monies to extort and terrorise the citizens. There ARE decent peace officers, I am sure, but how can they survive this system? The truth is they can't and the corruption in this country is ourrageous. Honesty is looked down and intergrity is laughable to these goons and ghouls. I won't join up and I will do everything I can to expose these non-humnas. I have had enough.
Dinius has more class than any of them and his faith in human nature, according to the Latitude 38 article was restored by caring people. We need to keep the pressure on and show that there is no profit in being the corrupt of the LCSO.

Wow! The idiot in the loop wrote 6 lines instead of 2. Amazing. Probably in between the white powder up his nose or a round of brewskies.

First the Assc. normally will endorse the incumbent. Politics are a big issue. When you want to get ahead you don't risk alienating the one currently holding the key to your future. I would not let a bunch of insecure employees influence my vote. But then again that's just my two cents worth. Your vote is your vote.

I feel safer with the devil I know James, Rivero is still a big question mark in my mind so I have to find out more about the guy before I'd change horses. BTW, Mitchell has never lied to me (that I know of), but he sure has spun some stuff pretty damn hard!
