Larry West statement is completely wrong. Voters want the best education, but voters do not want the school district to drain their pockets with very poor spending habits.
Michelle Wood was on target reflecting more responsibility when using others money.
Kevin Stevenson was partially correct about being an efficient district, less efficient spending and staff utilization.
Don't blame the voters for others inefficient spending habits. It is time the KISD consider the home owners also in KISD's reckless spending. Home owners have to live by a budget. Think about it KISD.
