Rachelle.. Everone knows that you are either..A. Pete or B. someone Pete has put up to this defending him on these reviews. You never once mentioned that you were a customer or satified with any work that this shop has done.. My advice to you is, if you are not Pete then you should not associate youself with dishonest crooks.. If you are Pete, you are just as pathetic as we all know you are.. The reason you do not have any staff to answer phones or any office staff at all like any other body shop is because you customer service sucks and your hack jobs are even worse.. You will not survive in this business much longer. Start socking away what you can because it is all down hill from here.

oops.. I meant Jim not Pete.. That is the only mistake I made in this posting though.. They are all crooks but it does start with the OWNER and trickels down to anyone who chooses to take orders from him at expense of the costomers safety.

So I dropped by the other day to get an estimate and the guy behind the counter acted like I was putting him out and said OH THAT IS GONNA BE A WHILE _ YOU SHOULD COME BACK SOME OTHER TIME - hell of a way to run a busniess. Needless to say I left and will never go back. How dare I ask a collision company to provide an estimate. What was I thinking

I can verify that NC does not pay their bills, go from dealer to dealer having outstanding invoices, some won't even provide parts because of outstanding payments. Tim/Gary want your business and will tell you what you want to hear, but I would not trust any repair they do! I worked there, and know these things first hand.

This place is a joke! National Collision/ National Collision One;is a complete scam! The body technician RIPPED our TV out of the headliner of the roof, and WE had to pay to have it repaired to even work! They had our truck for a MONTH! They used excuse after excuse to keep extending the repairs. Our insurance company finally just called us and warned us that they were not going to pay for anymore rental usage. So we had to fight for THREE (yes, 3!) days to get anyone on the phone at the shop to make sure they knew we needed our truck back. They informed us that it was "their mistake," and they would handle the rest of the rental. The rental company told us that would not be allowed, because they don't pay their bills!! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
