They have the finest facility in the DFW area. They can repair any car from a VW to a Mercedes Benz. All there equipment is certified by the manufacture and also offer life time warranty.

They don't pay their creditor's and avoid anything to do with paying for parts they take to fix others cars. I think that is called illegal conveyance. Suckers Born Everyday! Kepps them in business, they can not even keep their web-site up!

I got in a wreck a few weeks back and went to national collision, I have a Ford F-150 that got totaled. They did an amazing job and even did work that I, or my incurance company, had to pay for.

I agree they don't pay their bills. They run up an outstanding credit with one dealership then move on to the next.

They have been using the same dealerships to purchase parts from since day one! If you have an issue with National Collision,why don't you contact them and get it resolved instead of posting inaccurate comments-that is called slander.

I had to take my wife's van back 3 times because I kept finding things that had not been put back together correctly. When I picked my car up the first time it was full of dust and smelled like some type of chemical inside. I had to take it to a car wash and have it detailed. They don't seem very organized. I won't use them again.

I am a very busy mother of two and have a damanding career, my company had me take my car to National Collision-Tim was excellent he treated me with respect and expalined everything to me.I am very satisfied,he even helped me move all of my stuff from the rental back to my car! excellent service.

National Collision Repair did a terrible job repairing my Range Rover. They repaired my car with used parts. DO NOT USE NATIONAL COLLISION REPAIR

National Collision in Keller did poor work for me. I had a basic paint job on a fender and they did not put the fender back correctly. I had to correct them and I don't know anything about body work. Worse, they took advantage of my wife and repeatedly lied to me. Customer service was terrible and they ripped me off on the quoted price. The front desk guy Tim repeatedly lied to me. Their name is misleading - they are not a national company. They only have one location according to Tim. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT do business with National Collision, they will not pay their bills. Management is very incompetent, I've seen cars stay in their shop for over 30 days. I have no idea how they are in still business. They run up their suppliers' credit, burn the bridge and do it to someone else. Whether you're a supplier or a customer I recommend you STAY AWAY.
