I just would like to see a someone who could do more for Keeseville then what has been done. Look how sad downtown has become. I remember when we had nice stores and restraunts to choose from and now empty buildings. Lets make our town proud once again.

yes, i want it to be nice also. there used to be village decorations at christmas. where have these gone to? we have them, why didn't we use them. and to reply to the earlier comment, everything gets cut in these hard times but the mayor gets a huge raise...? got the old building emptied out but it sits there now with no plan to use it for something useful. i love keeseville and want somebody who will DO something towards making businesses come in and make the area prosper.

Concerned you and I have the same visions. Its so sad to see so many vacant businesses when I can remember a town full of life. How about the days where teens could go to Twa's to shoot pool and just socialize and get off the streets. When we could go to the 5 & 10 and Pearl's to browse. Now Keeseville looks like a ghost town and it needs the right person voted in who can make it prosper once again. Keeseville is a beautiful town that could be brought back to life and be a place where tourist and all could enjoy.

It'll never prosper with George Moore around...

If you had people hold him and his properties to the standards set forth by zoning laws and not be afraid of the consquences, we can prosper. George is not a bad guy, he is aging. A group of people should get together and present their case to him and see what happens
