Mayor sued for alleged sexual advances

A former City Hall employee has filed a three-count civil complaint against Illinois Senate candidate and Grayville Mayor Henry S. Kijonka, alleging he made unwanted sexual advances toward her.

I remember when Henry Kjonka was the mayor of Lawrenceville. Before that he was a state trooper and behavioral health counsler at the the Lawrence County Health Dept.

Well now he is a old man that can't keep his hands off women. He's done this to a lot of women and now that one has actually done something about it he is trying to lie his way out of it and blame it on other people.

Poor woman? She was one of Henry's first conquests, married him and won't leave despite his failures at being a State Trooper and mayor of Lawrenceville and the myriad numbers of women he has harrased (or done more). She should've been gone long ago. Don't take much to just pack up and go.

I am glad that someone finally has the courage to stand up to him despite his being a political figure. I will be glad to see his political career over with. He abuses his powers as well as some women who won't tolerate his advances. I would wish that his wife would see him for who and what he really is and stand up with the ones he has abused. I mean, it really is not much of a secret. It would be nice if the others who have had to put up with his advances would stand up with this courageous woman and say so. Give her some support.
