This Monday 9/24 Senator Dick Durbin from ILL.,will bring up his amendment to the Defense spending Bill, the Dream Act that is known by. It's just another way to give Amnesty to Illegal Aliens again. Since they were beaten in the summer they're now bringing it back a piece at a time.

Go to fairus.org and other organizations that are out there fighting against this, to get the full scoop on how bad this Amendment is. Get on the phone and call Washington DC Senators switch board and say NO TO DREAM ACT.Jam their phones.

Here is one example on what is in it: An illegal Immigrant going to college will have the right to get Free in State Tuition. But our kids(U.S. Citizens)in California for instance can't go to another State like AZ and get the same thing. What is wrong with this picture.

Its an unfortunate shame that Americans don't realize that by legalizing students they are only receiving payoff for their investments. Obviously the education system will continue to put illegals through schools..and when they are grown up and ready to contribute, the work force won't hire them. The children who are illegal did not come out of their own free will but were brought here with their families. They are at no fault and deserve justice. "Liberty and Justice for all..should be changed to liberty and justice for legal citizens only!"

That is right justice for legal citizens only! that is the way it should be. I want to remind you that If the country they came from would invest in their own education they would be better off.

But Mexico has chosen to keep their people dumb and poor, and because of them we have to pay for it with our taxes and depriving our own for something they should be able to get.

But they can't because of the illegal alien sucking up our taxes. They who in fact have violated the law by coming here illegally, but that doesn't seem to matter. If they come from a country without rule of law why should they respect ours.

Even if they become legal you'll still have the increase of crime, in Los Angeles 49% of the Gang Members are illegals, 86% of the major felony arrest warrants issued in LA is for illegal aliens.

66% people were stopped for either no Drivers license, no insurance, and no registration. of those 66% stopped, 92% was illegal aliens.

These are people who again who have no clue on what law means here. End of the lesson

Bert:If you ask most Americans they agree that if someone joins the Military and they fight for this Country they should be able to become a legal and a U.S. citizen.

Now if the Senate wanted to put that in a Defense Bill alone it would pass. There was so many loopholes in the Dream Act it would smother this country. And with the exception for those who want to join our military. A person that has broken our laws by coming here illegally should not be given a free ride.

Why don't go back and read everything that was in that Bill, and then if you think it would be right for illegals attending college to get in State tuition and our own teens going from Calif to AZ would not be allowed to get it then I guess most Americans are blind.

Our biggest problem is some people want to pander with the illegals. Illegals are costing this country Billions and Billions of dollars a year for medical, that even a lot of the people here legally here can't get. And I don't want to give the 49% of the Gang members who are illegal aliens in LA a chance to become a citizen, DO YOU.And by the way you should Know your facts and correct statistics.

In California 66% of drivers were stopped for no license,no registration,and most important no insurance. Out of the 66%, 92% were illegal aliens. 86% of the major felony warrants issued in Los Angeles is for illegal aliens who in fact committed a major crime.

92% of the cars stolen in the 5 western States was done by illegal aliens. in 2005 380,00 anchor babies were born at the cost of $2.9 Billion dollars to the tax payers.

Recently in my city a Mother was forced to split her two kids up to two different elementary school.WHY YOU ASK!. Because there was no room, an estimated 32 children attending the school their parents were here illegally. Is that fair?

OH give me a freaking break, Don't give me civic lesson. Do you know what the averge grade level of a mexican truck driver from mexico is less than 6th grade education, and yes they do come here for the better health care than there own government offers.

The Mexican Gov supports their effort to come here, work and send Billions of dollars down there. At the same time crime increases in our country and the cost to care for them.

Many diseases that was once eradicated here in the United States is returning because of the over flow of Illegal aliens coming here without going through health checks. That is a matter of record.

The next time you're child gets bumped out of a class room because there is not room because an illegal immigrant is taking up the space, then see how you feel.

That happened in the town I live. A woman has 2 3rd graders, but because the school was full they had to split them up with one going to another school. Our own children should be first in any consideration.

Do you think that under the dream act an illegal should have the right to get In State Tuition where as our teens can't get that.

Most of the people including myself have no problem with immigrants, as long as they go by the rules, and go through it like everyone else has to.

As far as I'm concerned I'm in the situation of attending college and not having the legal status to help me move on. Many Americans say it's not fair that these "aliens" would get the opportunity other citizens get...But the people that qualify are helping your country become a better place. It's not criminals that qualify, but rather those who have studied and graduated from high school and seek a better future. Just like there was a great wave of immigration from the west for those who seeked a better life this is no different. How would you feel that you are one of the best students from your school from the top graduation list, but knowing that that's were your dream will stop because you are an immigrant and you cant have a higher education. This country has been full of immigrants since the beginning of history. Immigrants help your "country". I completely agree with you Mike. Illegal immigrants are costing us millions of dollars. My parents are Mexican and hard working my mother has been here since she was eight years old and my father since he was 13. Both are became American citizens and their law abiding and they pay their taxes. We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to live in this beautiful country. And its very disppointing when illegal immigrants take advantage of the system. I could tell you so many stories, I use to work for the department of human services, and all though alot of people say I'm a hypocrite, its not right how some people take advanatage of the system.

Lily, thank you, and God Bless your father. It's very hard to explain to others that standing up against illegals is not being a racist. It's putting a stop to something that is dragging this country to the ground money wise. The problem is that by the time people wake up and see what is happening it will be too late. One comment change the cost from millions to Billions, and that is just here in Ca.
