Molestation prosecutor set to retire

This jjust shows to prove that many innoccent people are wrongly accused and convicted due to the hysteria. Prosecutors do fabricate issues and evidence. They do coach witnessess. These things do happen. Next time one of your family memebers or Friends are accused of such a crime, do not rush to judgement. This prosecutor ruined countless lives.
And altough a "jury" found those people guilty, it was all based on fabrications. Sad sad. Add this to the countless cases where a "victim" makes allegations for revenge, money, drug induced issues and countless other reasons. they hysteria from the 80's carries through to today and what an easy accusation to make. Better a innocent man loose his freedom or a guilty man go free?

definitely check out the Sean Penn movie mentioned in this story... Jagels should be thrown in jail with some real molestors. What's amazing is they guy kept getting re-elected.

people were falsely imprisoned for years because of this Jagels... one person was imprisoned at age 41 for 20 years... just got out a few years ago. amazing.

Jagels should be in prison for about 20 years, with all of the crimes of cover up he's committed. This guy reminds me of a Louisiana Parish where corruption is the norm. His office held a man in jail for 2 years without charging him with a crime. He was material witness in a murder and they felt he would leave. And filed false case against him. He was later released with no charges or conviction. One Judge that tried to intervene a complaint was brought against him to the State Board and he had to step down. Later the charges were dismissed lack of evidence but it was too late he couldn't go back to the bench. The one thing you never did was cross the DA

Have you ever wondered why no one ever ran against him? Because the Good old Boy System set up a designed qualifications for the position in order for the person to run for that position. And more less made it so no one could qualify to be put on the ballet. The only way to side step that is when retires. Let's hope Lisa Greene does a better job. But personally the people in Kern needs someone from the outside to clean the office up and bring some fresh blood.
