I know I've been making fun of this whole thing, but you're the first person I've seen who makes a legitimate point and obviously has a genuine concern. My suggestion is to contact the authorities if you can get support.
Out of respect for you concern, I am bowing out of this conversation and will say no more.
Good luck.
Huggie, huggie, kissy, kissy. Do you hear that? World's smallest violin playing "I bleed for you".

I agree. Nothing funny about letting people who are dangerous, thieving, whatever walk the streets. Leave'em where they belong. Maybe a few more will get a Darwin Award.

Sure it goes on. Little big man there got an attitude adjustment. He spit on an officer, which is assault, would not comply with medical, which is a misdemeanor in KY and probably there as well. He was a bad man until the tables turned.

That wasn't funny, it was freaking hilarious. "I can't breathe" but I can dang sure talk. Doesn't he realize the two go hand in hand? He admitted what he did and all he got was 17 minutes of restraint for it and a little scare.

That camera is there to protect everybody. Notice the officers did not seem concerned with it's presence. That's because they did nothing wrong.

How many of those five are in jail, been in jail, or headed that way?

Restraint chairs for long periods of time can cause blood clots , being sprayed with mace can put a person in cardiac arrest , especially maced while in a restraint chair , how can a person cause harm to someone while in restraint What is the purpose to mace them ?

I didn't see this guy maced. All they did was put a cloth over his mouth which he claimed to have mace. The officers said it had no mace. Who knows? The use of mace, most likely pepper spray like the officer was holding, will cause severe coughing if a person is hit in the face. This guy coughed moderately and kept running that mouth, so he was not in distress. He was restrained for less than 17 minutes, not exactly a long time. Why would he spit on someone and refuse medical treatment for a potentially infectious issue?

I would say he thought he was a little BA and got an attitude adjustment. I would have love to have heard the story he told his fellow inmates. One of pure torture but he didn't break most likely.

What's the purpose of breaking the law and being hurtful and dangerous to others. I say if found guilty and they take others rights they lose their

Nothing would make me happier than to see prisoners put to hard labor from dawn to dusk with chains that limited their movement and bread and water. I would advise the whiney moms, dads and others to raise their children with a little respect for authority and maybe we wouldn't need to waste so much money on their upkeep. Put them in the sewers shoveling crap and we will see how tough they are. Jamie Mosley, you will be reelected by a landslide. Actually. you are much ro kind to give them technology to make their lives more bearable. You still have my vote.
