On Fox News, in response to a recent report from the Pew Research Center indicating that women are now the primary breadwinners in 40% of US households, Eric Erickson said this trend was "anti-science" and "disruptive to the natural world order" as the male was designed by nature to be in the "dominant role" and women are to serve in a "complimentary role." As the Pew study pointed out, women now account for roughly half the workforce and are outpacing men in education by earning more bachelor's and advanced degrees.
The republican party should spend less time trying to re-craft their message so it sounds more palatable and just change their stand on women, period, and recognize women are equal citizens with lives and careers the same as men.
The Republican party used to be the party of limited government, free enterprise, education and intelligent thought. It's now the party of greed, ignorance, hate and fear. And unfortunately it will remain as such until it returns to it's core principles and sheds the pseudo-religious ideals that are held by those who are holding the party hostage.
News Flash: Eric Erickson died in 1994.

In 2012 the Republican leadership ..... more than one of them ..... refused to honor a national organization on it's anniversary, namely the Girl Scouts. They stated the Girl Scouts was a radicalized organization that promotes and honors communists and feminists.

One Republican Representative said 'we must be wise before we use the credibility and respect of the ‘Peoples’ House’(House Of Representatives) to extend legitimacy to a radicalized organization'. Those are his words, not mine.

I like the pic in your link. I bet everyone thinks little girls only want to learn to set up a tent and catch frogs on scout camping trips. But little do people know those tiny girls are really practicing covert guerrilla tactics.

Cute little communist radicals. And everyone better agree since they're packing sniper rifles and have an attitude in their little feminist minds. And only the Republican leadership knew of this.

The correct spelling is Erick. But I knew who he was talking about as soon as I read the word FOX.

My news all comes from the internet these days. I have not had a television since it went to the digital signal - and I haven't missed it. A few weeks ago I had my vehicle worked on and they had a big screen with Fox News on it playing in the customer waiting room at the dealership. I remember the days when Walter Cronkite was the news anchor and how authoritative, balanced, and respected he was. The people on Fox News are a bunch of shrill, amateur propagandists.

My grandfather also says the news isn't what it use to be. I know from watching so many first response mistakes when something serious happens that too many networks attempt to out-scoop each other to the point they don't take time to confirm facts. The first reports of the Sandy Hook school shooting had all kinds of false reports going. It went on like that for over half the first day. Some of the incorrect information ran for two or three days.

Did Hillary Clinton's Run for the Presidency End Monday Morning?
Breitbart Big Government ^| Tuesday, June 11, 2013 | Kristinn Taylor
You wouldn’t know it from the media, but Clinton’s efforts to smash the last glass ceiling has come crashing down around her as the result of a devastating report by CBS News about cover-ups of rampant sex crimes and drug abuse at the State Department under her watch. The report, based on an Inspector General’s memo, included charges of cover-ups of sex assaults on foreign nationals by a State Department security officer in Beirut, an ambassador reprimanded for soliciting prostitutes in his host country, members of Clinton’s own security detail’s “endemic” use of prostitutes while on official trips in foreign countries and a drug-dealing scandal involving security contractors in Baghdad—all covered-up with alleged interference of investigators by higher-ranking staff.
Team Clinton knew Hillary had taken what for others would have been a career-ending hit. In response, Clinton’s debut on Twitter was rushed out within hours of the CBS story breaking. Clinton’s Twitter bio was hastily rewritten after news of her impending Twitter debut was first leaked to select reporters.
(Image from Buzzfeed)
The distraction worked for now. Reporters reacted like schoolgirls, gushing about Clinton’s bio and hipster-wannabe photo on her Twitter homepage.
SNIP
Curiously, the Inspector General’s memo cited by CBS News is dated October 23, 2012--two weeks before President Barack Obama faced reelection. The release of that memo by a patriotic American back then might have also doomed Obama’s dream of a second term.
Update: Tuesday morning the New York Post poured gasoline on the fire engulfing Clinton’s political career. The Post reports Clinton’s State Department covered-up the child sex exploits of the same ambassador accused of soliciting prostitutes:

It's none other than a right wing agenda to go after Hillary . trying to prevent her from running for President because they know if she's on the ticket, they may as well bend over. If you'll notice recently, they are gearing their efforts more toward Hillary than Obama. Well, at least they can give Obama some slack for brief moment. lol

It's not Hillary's job to be security for security, nor does she travel with an Ambassador with security over his zipper. A man will lay down with a sheep when his uncontrollable urge hits him.

The real deal is they know when Hillary, a woman, takes down every candidate the right can pull from trash cans and wins the election, their humiliation will come from being beat by a WOMAN. They, in advance, want to try to head that off. She's not only a woman. She's highly qualified and with her experience, she'll blow every candidate the right comes up with into the next atmosphere.

Jen, sit back and relax. These are only allegations and frankly, I'd hate for an investigator to follow Congress every move they make when they leave those doors....and head to the back alleys of Washington. I remember when the right wing was after Clinton feverishly on the Monica case. Low and behold, an investigator (who I knew personally) uncovered Newt and Hyde's "back door policies), then all of a sudden, Hyde had to change his entire speech at the podium ONE hour before he spoke after being presented with the findings and thereafter, both Newt and Hyde....retired! Just think how many years their "back door policies" went on before it was brought to the forefront! When you uncover someone's dirty laundry, you better hope yours is all clean and in the drawer!

This was similar to what I was talking about in another post, except it was a doctor's office down there. You walk in and boom, Fox News big as light on the screen! When people oppose this type of small town, universal propaganda, they shouldn't support those places.

Walter Cronkite indeed was a respectful news anchor. They reported the NEWS. They didn't sit all day and night talking about Obama or Hillary. It is a shame that it's a Democrat however that keeps their ratings up and all the disgusting commentators in jobs. Fox is so right wing that the second largest shareholder is Prince Alaweed of Saudi Arabia, the Bush royalty connection.

Dr. Liar,
Tell us you know personally. Perhaps its the same person you stated you earned a Phd under.
Since your memory is so good you should also remember Hilary lied about knowing about Bill's affairs to the whole nation.

Dr. Forgetful,
You should then be also familiar with Al Gore and the Saudi's right??? Former Vice President Al Gore. Gore sold Current TV to Al Jazeera, owned by a Saudi Arabian billionaire sheik, for $500 million. His greed to earn $70 million from the deal surpassed any loyalty that he might have expressed having to his country. Many at Current TV, Americans, will lose their jobs as a result of his greed. You should also know that rumor is that Obama asked his Muslim brothers to buy Fox News because of their stance.
Dr. Forgetful you are indeed not very smart are you. LOL
