I think they had stayed up late for a slumber party. Nothing fishy! Sometimes my young kids sleep until 10 am even if they went to bed early the night before.

It doesn't say anything about these children being asleep. The story references a fire that happened eariler in the year in Pikeville where a family was sleeping near a space heater.

Don't start making crap up about something you know nothing about. READ the entire story before you make accusations!

"KNOX COUNTY, Ky.(WKYT)- On Monday, investigators returned to the scene of a fire that killed seven people.

The fire broke out early Saturday morning on Sam Parker Road in Gray Community of Knox County.

Jesse Disney, his fiance Nina Asher, her three-year-old William Michael Frank Gray Jr., her two-year-old Camden Lee Gray, her eight-month-old Abigail Danielle Gray, their friends soon-to-be three-year-old Peyton and her two-year-old sister Brielle Cox, along with an unborn child just three months in the mother's womb all lost their lives in the fire.

Jesse Disney's brother tells us his family has started making funeral arrangements, but they won't be able to make anything final until the medical examiner releases the bodies. The bodies will not be released until the autopsies are complete on Tuesday.

We're told Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home will handle the arrangements for Peyton and Brielle Cox.

Relatives say one thing they would like everyone to know is that Asher and Disney meant the world to so many and they did so much to make sure the kids had a good life.

Investigators still don't know the exact cause of the fire, but they do say it did not involve foul play.

Whoever this idiot is that's making the hateful comments, you just got outed. Here's the proof that nothing crooked caused this deadly fire that took precious lives! Now back off! We're hurting enough and don't need your childish ignorant comments on here any more! A complaint has already been placed against what you're doing on here so be forewarned! One more time, in case you missed this part right here

This can help find out who's been dissing the family and victims of that fire. I'm revolted by whoever it is.

All those hateful comments are coming from one person and one person only. I have copy and pasted each of the remarks that I was able to see before the kind moderaters took them off for the family. I even turned in a few of them myself, so they are watching out for the comments now too.

The family can sue this person for libel if they wanted to. Possibly slander, but that would be up to an attorney to decide once they see all of the remarks in black and white. I am sure that there is an attorney in town who would love to take that case on.

The person doing it uses many different ip's so don't be fooled because they have been using different names or that different towns are showing up under their numerous fake names. They are using proxy addresses to do it with. I would be glad to help the family if they decide to sue this jerk. And topix has helped people in other cities and towns that have had the same kind of problem with some body, so getting their cooperation wouldn't be any problem.

I simply hate it when people get on here with anonymous names and think they can say anything they want and hurt people while they stay a coward and do it without letting any body else know who they are. It's time that someone paid for it finally.

My prayers are with everyone who knew and loved this family. Let me know if I can help the family by sending the copy and pastes of this idiots remarks against them to an attorney. I'd be so pleased to see who this is and have it plastered all over the news!

It might be a good idea not to discuss any of it on a Topix forum. It's harder than you think to get a judicial order for IP and you have to prove libel. It's easier to ignore all of it and just grieve in private instead on the internet.

I have everything on file that an attorney would need to prove libel. Slander would be up to the spin doctors with legal degrees. I have each fake name they have used and I have every single link that the remarks were placed under, and every false IP location that's been used. Any thing that the judge would need to read to get a court order is available, and from what's been put on here by that person, no judge in this county would find amusing. Children died, plus two adults and a fetus.

The news even said no foul play, but this person continued to post hateful accusations ever after it was placed on here. So their intent to harm has already been proven.

If the family wants help then just let me know who they retain as a lawyer and I can give that attorney everything that I have, which is a lot. I'll wait and see what they want to do.

All I know is that I'm sick and tired of these cowards who get on here with nothing on their minds except hurting people who are already grieving enough. It's time to stop it and stop it now. Some body has to be an example. I say it can be done in memory of these precious lives that were lost.

Let's pray for these families and see if we can help financially. Let's stop the hateful speculation which serves no good purpose. A tragedy like this should bring out the best in people not the worse.
