P2 Nutrient-filled blood passes through the liver where toxins are removed to be excreted as solid waste. Eventually, this purified "clean" blood undergoes a filtering process in the kidneys, where excess water, salts, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antibodies, urea, uric acid and other elements not usable at that time by the body are collected in the form of a purified, sterile, watery solution that is urine. The function of the kidneys is to keep the various elements in the blood balanced. The important elements in the blood are not filtered out because they are toxic and harmful to the body, but simply because the body does not need a particular concentration of an element at that specific point in time. It is this very regulating process of the kidneys that allows us to eat and drink more than our bodies need at any one time.

Urine is considered to be an invaluable source of nourishment and healing that perhaps has been too controversial or not financially rewarding enough for it to be talked about and encouraged as a potent medicine. One's own urine, a living food, contains elements that are specific to one's body alone. The body is constantly producing a huge variety of antibodies, hormones, enzymes and other natural chemicals to regulate and control its functions and combat imbalances that one may not be aware of. Biomedx.com

Clinical studies have proved that the thousands of critical body chemicals and nutrients that end up in urine reflect the individual body's functions. When re-utilised, these chemicals and nutrients act as natural vaccines, antibacterial, antiviral and anticarcinogenic agents as well as hormone balancers and allergy relievers. The information that urine contains therefore cannot be duplicated or derived from any other source. Just as nature produces no two people who are exactly the same, there are no two urine samples in the world that contain exactly the same components.
Urine therapy reviews Don't take this therapy lightly. Multiple sclerosis, colitis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, hepatitis, hyperactivity, pancreatic insufficiency, psoriasis, eczema, diabetes, herpes, mononucleosis, adrenal failure, allergies and so many other ailments have been relieved through use of this therapy. After you overcome your initial gag response (I know I had one), you will realize that something big is going on, and if you are searching for health, this is an area to investigate. There are numerous reports and double blind studies which go back to the turn of the century supporting the efficacy of using urine for health.
www.urine-therapy.org is a growing online community connected by our curiosity about urine therapy. How could something so simple make such a profound changes in peoples' lives? Does urine therapy have scientific evidence to support it? Is it just a wacky idea practiced by crazy nut jobs? You can decide here, as a member of this site.

Yup, itís time to start drinking urine.

That's the recommendation from a new report by the US National Research Council, who say reclaimed waste water is needed as a necessary substitute for the dwindling supply of freshwater. What's more, reprocessed urine might actually be cleaner than freshwater.

Somewhere in the Bible it was worded that in the last days we would be eating our own dung and drinking our own piss.

There is a reason urine is called a waste product. Anyone who drinks it and expects miraculous health benefits is a sucker. The very same person would probably drink anti-freeze based on the claim that it's a permanent end to pain. There is 0 benefits to re-ingestion of stuff your body doesn't want/need. The only time I can see it being "beneficial" would be if you were in a life or death situation and urine was your only source of water.

You know so little and yet you say so much...

Urine, 95% of which is water, 2.5% of which is urea, and 2.5% of which is a mixture of minerals, salts, hormones, and enzymes, is not a toxic waste product. Urine is a blood byproduct and though it contains some body waste, it is non-toxic.

Urine, is a byproduct of our blood, it becomes more purified the more it is recycled. Thus, the cleaner the blood is, the cleaner the urine is, and vice-versa. And this is how urine therapy advocates conclude that urine therapy has a cleansing effect on the blood.

The toxins of urine are also necessary to vaccinate and protect the body from future illnesses. The main theory behind urine therapy after all, isnt that it straight out cures diseases, but instead, it is geared more towards building immunity to diseases, much like vaccinations. The small amounts of possibly toxic substances which can be found in urine largely seem to have a positive effect on the immune system. An important task of the immune system is to rid the human body of diseased or unusable substances that have developed during the course of an illness, and when these substances reach healthy tissue, the blood becomes stronger, the activity of leukocytes (white blood cells) increases, and the patient probably recovers. This phenomenon is known as auto-inoculation or self-vaccination and can be seen as mother nature's method of healing an illness without external intervention. Urine therapy, therefore, can be seen as a form of self-vaccination: certain bodily substances which have been removed from the body, some of which may have been produced as a result of illness, are re-introduced into the body in small amounts. These substances are re-absorbed into the blood through either the intestines or the skin, and the immune system is then given the chance to react appropriately.

Think what you will and go full yourself up a hot glass of body cider if you like. Fact is urine, while often sterile can and does host a number of microbes (yeasts, bacteria, etc) that are not good for the body. That is not counting the fact that bodily toxins like ketones, excess glucose, urobilinogen are mixed in it make up. So explain how putting things back into your body that your body deemed nonconductive to homeostasis and good help is beneficial.

I have come to accept that the hysteria started by "The Lancet" article about vaccines will never end despite the fact it has been prove false and the very author admitted he made up most of the information. But hey, buy the hype. It's much easier than doing actually research into the matter on your own and actually learning.

The hardest part about Urine therapy isn't the practice itself.
Its the realisation that comes with it. It occurred to me that even though I'd present myself as an "Open minded" person from time to me, it was a huge lie.

The mind can grasp milk from a cow's tit. It can accept the idea of injecting ourselves with the Chickenpox virus to create antibodies.
Even the importance of using the same snake's poison to create an antidote.

Urine Therapy is easy to practice, it's dealing with a universe filled with closed minds that makes it hard.
The only "source" to claim it isn't beneficial (according to Wikipedia) is the US Army. That's the same army that encourages external medicine and invasions of third world countries for the sake of Personal Benefit.

You'd rather believe the US Army and Pharmaceutical companies?
