The company that I work for does not double staff ANY houses. I thought that was a safety hazard.

I've worked to for two of IL's competitors in London, and believe me, there's stuff of that nature that still goes on in that field. Lots of things get swept under the rug as soon as they find out of the incident and workers often become sacrificial lambs just to save their behinds. DCBS is an understaffed organization in Frankfort, so usually unless it's a front page of the newspaper incident, they usually won't do anything in terms of actual action on their part. There's still plenty of corruption in that line of work.

I think it is just a matter of time until Inspired Living will be closing its doors. It simply cannot go on much longer. The DCBS is getting ready to clean house

Inspired Living needs to do right by their employees. Is it any wonder they can't keep dependable staff?

It wasn't a real bad. Place to long as u can stay away from the drama and focus on what you are there to do you'll be fine ... pay kinda sucks and 16 hr shifts suck to but all in all it's ok just try them out....

Do they work 8 hours or 16. I heard they only work 32 hours a week. What can anyone tell me about this place. I put in application but don't know much about them. I've worked at a couple other companys like this and they treated staff and individuals awful.
Hats Off

Wow, basically minimum wage for that kind of work. Not good, ought to be double that at least.
