There is no point in trying to reason with a clueless person like you. You have no common sense at all and everything factual goes right over your head.
Maybe all "fat" kids "n a candy store" should carry a gun for the low life thugs that jump them and try to kill them.
FYI the 911 call didn't involve the police, you're clueless.
You said, "He's showing America that his fat as- is weaker than a 17 yr. old kid. How sad is that." This one made me change my opinion of you because you just proved how stupid you are. Cluless can be fixed with facts but stupid will be with you all the days of your life.
My, aren't we testy ! Your opinion of me? Now, that I really care about. That's typical of someone like yourself...be upset with someone in the blind, because you are blind. I like that.

The Judge ruled today on PRECISELY what I said before, so guess I'm not that stupid after all. Manslaughter. That'll get it! Which brings us back to...you fixing your stupidity?

The man took a 17 yr. old's life based upon HIS personal suspicion. The 17 yr. old jumped him because he was a stranger in the dark, carrying a gun. Again, shall I repeat. Should M have just walked up to a loaded gun and say "nice to meet you"? Get a clue. Aren't you just happy that dead 17 yr. old isn't one of your relatives? I bet then, your opinion would change quickly...wouldn't it?

Now, since I was right that he should have been charged with Manslaughter, I'll project the next one. He will be found guilty of Manslaughter.

I was right about the election. I was right about the Gilliam case. I was right about the Manslaughter, and, I feel I may be right on the verdict of such. We shall see. All I can say is, if he isn't found guilty of Manslaughter, he should be.

Now, is there something else I can help you with that could bring back that lost affection for me? I'm devastated!

No one had to. The Goldman and Brown family stopped him at every turn to where he can't earn a dime the rest of his life without giving it to them. However, you might want to talk to the Republican State of Florida that houses criminals and won't allow garnishment of property. You know how those Republicans are. OJ is paying his own dues. Sometimes, the fall from grace can be worse than any march.

Z wasn't really protecting anyone. He just felt someone died and left him Judge of anyone walking in the dark, automatically ASSUMING they are up to something. Guess you're another one that it needed to be your family member?

So your best shot is to wish one of our family members were dead so we could hurt. FYI, I don't have any family members that are thugs like Martin so they all have a good chance of avoiding this type scenario.

Why wasn't the jury allowed to see any of Martins history?

Why wasn't the jury allowed to see Martins facebook photos of drugs, guns, and the constant use of the middle finger? Maybe its because it paints a picture of a punk thug in his natural setting.

Why wasn't the jury allowed to hear that in Florida it is not against the law to follow someone?

No matter what the outcome, Zimmerman needs to sue for malicious prosecution because they had no evidence to charge him with murder 2nd degree in the first place. They even had the balls to try for murder 3rd degree which is child abuse, how pathetic and talk about grasping for straws.

Zimmerman already has NBC sued for editing the 911 call tapes to make it look racially motivated. If you open your eyes you can see clearly what is going on.

This whole thing is a joke. Its sad that a young life was taken but in light of Martins past history he was more than likely up to no good and not just walking home like they would have the simple minded believe. In light of the way things are going in this country it won't surprise me if Zimmerman is convicted on the lesser charge of manslaughter. The point of this and the needed outcome is to make it look bad on concealed carry rights.

Why do you think that the DOJ facilitated protest rallies against Zimmerman and on the taxpayers dime no less? They need public support and boy do the idiots line up for that one.

The stage is being set and hard times are coming, we haven't seen anything yet.

Neither Z or M's past could be brought into court. M's past couldn't anymore than Z's concerning his ex girlfriend getting a restraining order against him and other things as well and I agree with both.

3rd degree is still up in the air I believe, however, it is plausible due to M's age.

Suspicion doesn't give anyone the right to take a life.

No, you need not look for any other reason if there is a conviction for Manslaughter, which I suspect there will be, than him being guilty of such. M or Z's past history has nothing to do with the facts of this case. It's not the first trial by no means that have disallowed things to be entered. In this case, neither side wants that brought in. For example, if one side opens it, the other has the right to cross examine.

The results of this case won't make or break either of us period, no more than the mega thousands of cases going on across the country on a daily basis. This isn't political. This isn't about gun laws. This case is about a self-appointed night watchman taking it upon himself to "suspect" a 17 yr. old walking at night, following that person, being obviously aware of the danger of doing it and result being the death of a 17 yr. old. You do realize that when the police got there, it takes them about 3 seconds to light that entire complex up like it was Vegas? Neighborhood Watch is just that....watch. They don't call it Neighborhood Kill.

Simply try not to make more of this case than exactly what it is.

P.S. My point being exaggerated as usual of course. I don't wish any family member dead so anyone can be hurt no more than I would wish that upon myself. What I am saying to you is, it's like anything else. It has to walk up to one's door before they can see the light. For example, Dick Cheney.....Mr. Anti-Gay. However, when his own daughter came out, Mr. Cheney saw a completely different point of view. Example, the old Senator from Virginia who hated blacks, loved the KKK, was very very outspoken and critical of blacks for decades, woke up one day after his Grandson was killed and thought to himself "what if it were my Grandson that was stranded out in nowhere, only one source of help in sight, go there, only to find "only blacks can enter". Carma can be a terrible thing sometimes.

The way I always try to look at any given situation is, I put either myself or one of my family members in that position and then think to myself "how would I react". I personally answer that, then view the situation and make my decision. In this case, looking at it open-mindedly (no reason otherwise), Z was dead wrong in what he did. As far as that cut on his head, that didn't have to be a slamming of his head on the walk. It easily could have happened when M jumped him (because he was following him with gun) and when he fell to the sidewalk, it split his head. As far as the broken nose, I'll give that one to M because I'd have done the same thing given the same situation.

Isn't it strange that when a trials on TV no one gets convicted, but in "real life" people get convicted 98% of the time? Guess they throw the people a bone every now and then so it looks like the justice system works, lol.

if a white bully killed your child i doubt that any white person other than your family would stand up and march with you , white people dont stand together for each other .That is one thing i admire about blacks is that they stick together for what they believe in , same as most all other countries .Actually i think all people stick together except white americans

I have to tend to agree with you about this. My husband I talk about something similar to this all the time...how certain ethnic groups stick together and take care of each other, something that's a dying art somewhat in the "caucasian" world, if you will. We have become a people that are greedy, selfish, independent and it's all about self. That attitude reeks of a bad ending result.

I believe with the indecisiveness today, the jury going home without a verdict might means "guilty" is in order, yet they are deliberating more on which charge. My guess remains Manslaughter and second guess, would be no less than Child Abuse. I don't suspect Murder 2 or a Not Guilty. This man is definitely guilty of at least one of the charges. It's not a case where you slap 'em on the wrist and say "bad boy...don't do it again". A life was taken unecessarily, following someone in the dark with that person not knowing who he was...carrying a gun. If anyone defended themselves, it was M.

Not my kid. My children are taught that there are people in this world that will not give them a break because of their color. They were taught to respect rules and not trespass and defy authority. They were taught to be conscientious guest and obey the hosts' rules. They were taught to respect their elders until the elder no longer values that respect. They were taught to walk on the public sidewalks and got their butts busted for being in the neighbors' yard. They were taught not to smoke blunts and mix cough syrup concoctions. They were taught to not litter their bodies with tattoos.

My kid would have walked up and said sir can you tell me where this address is, I am a little turned around?

George Zimmerman is still my choice for a neighbor, way above and beyond a dumbass like you.

Nice post....if the world were perfect. Get closer now....it's NOT. No, I would hope you kid, nor mine, would turn around and face someone following them in the dark with a gun and say "nice to meet you". You're totally illogical in this circumstance. If they locked up every kind in the nation that walked on someone else's lawn, the jails couldn't hold them. It's also not unusual when you're walking, to glance in someone's window. Glancing or looking isn't window peeping or stalking. It's called....human nature.

M had to walk from Point A to B. Where was it that it was stated M didn't have an arrival point?

I wouldn't want to be your neighbor, but thanks for think of me anyway. I'm sure you're far beneath me.
