What about the WCSO? They had a huge hand in this as well. They are starting to put together a pretty good department. It took a while to repair all the damage that was done by Hodge, but all in all, they are a good bunch of officers. This war on drugs will never be won; however, the local law enforcement are really stepping up. I know for a fact that the WCSO is really working hard to make this county a little better.

I guess that's why you never hear about all the things they do because they have to spend to much time cleaning things up for the other law enforcement around here. I know that they work hard at they do and it hasn't been easy trying to get over the legend of Hodge. There is only one officer for the whole county at night and he has to try and take care of all there BS calls by himself, out in the middle of nowhere. That's quite dangerous. The WCSO has come a long way and there are some really solid officers in that department. Maybe the public should try and give a little more support because if you need someone in an emergency and you are .01 miles out of the city limits the WPD or CPD are not coming to help. It's going to be the county, and I would rather have them looking after me anyday. The only person that could possibly chase you down on the WPD is the canine, and that's only if the officer doesn't get out of breath trying to let him out.
