I have been with the program 1 week and lost 7 lbs. I need to lose 50. Shakes are good and you r not hungry. Cost depends on you and how much you need to lose. I signed for 16 weeks...very costly. You need to exercise daily. Professional. So far I like it.

I participate in their program at their Lexington office a few years ago. Did Novartis shakes for six months and lost a lot of weight. It worked, unfortunately when I went off the shakes, much of the weight was regained. I couldn't afford the program again, so I went to a dietician, went on 1,500 calories a day program. Ate a lot of tuna and veggies, along with some normal foods. Started walking and lost all of it again. Have kept it off several years by weighing every Monday. If I have gained two pounds go back on diet. Found the key is portions and exercise. But if you can't stay on a food diet, their shakes work. I also found them very professional.

Ageless Weight loss may be the biggest rip off ever created. They are very dishonest about the program. They start by telling you about the most expensive plan. You will be forced to sign a contract and the support is a joke. You will be put on a 800 calorie per day diet, anyone will lose weight on a 800 calorie per day diet, but is this a safe way to lose weight. Most of all it will cost you over 3600.00 for a 6 month plan. If you miss a payment then you will see the TRUTH about the program. Money Scam!!!

As I said in a post in January, I went with this program in Lexington and it worked as long as I stayed on it. It failed later and I found a eating routine that allowed me to lose what I gained and keep it off for the last five years. Its simple: Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs or a protein bar. Lunch: I eat a huge salad made with baby spinach, onions, peppers, & cucumbers topped off with half can of chick peas & half container of mackerel. Put low cal Italian dressing on it. This means your full and have had about 5-6 hundred calories. For supper usually eat grilled salmon or some red meat, like Boston loin along with veggies. About 7pm eat a skinny cow ice cream bar that has 100 calories. Stay full and eat about 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day. Walk half an hour six days a week. With this I went from 280 pounds to 175 and have stayed there for 5 years. My grocery bill is less too.
