What would you call "lack of evidence"? Being acquitted simply means she should never have been charged to start with, and frankly wouldn't have been had some politician not attempted to grow a crown.
Nice try though. I never did like crowns.

lack of evidence means they cant prove anything.....not that she is innocent. the man is still dead, nobody knows for sure if he was murdered, or if it was a suicide. there is still a possibility that she is guilty, noone knows for sure except her, larry, and God......she is the only one here that can defend herself. if you were to go out and commit a crime and NOONE knows that you did it, but there is people questioning whether or not you had done the crime but there is no proof, are you still innocent? for all you know, unless you are her, you can not honestly say that she is innocent just because nothing can be completely proven.

Well, when you can't prove she did it. Can you prove she did? Obviously not. You're right. I can't positively say anything. But given the "lack of" evidence, I tend to feel it goes to her favor.
Do we not realize that stuff like this happens more frequently than we know. All I can say is, I'd hate to live in a small community and be the only one in the room with a husband that decides to do what he did. This woman was clearly, in my personal opinion, a victim of circumstance and her unique situation is precisely why the issue hit primetime. Was there disarray? Sure, there seemed to be. A man is dead and is it necessary we look for someone to blame? Don't ignore this man's history all the way around and in my lifetime, I've never seen such a package for potential suicide, without the ribbon. I never thought she did it in the onset and I still don't. She may not have won your town prize, but that's a far cry from murder. In my personal opinion, reading information, it appears this man had finally been caged and he saw little to no way out. From what I've gathered, this man would have rather had his legs cut off than lose his license. A vast amount of ego comes with position in life. I'm not stating I'm right. What I am stating is, my opinion.

I wouldn't say that someone's death is perfect. Would you? Could it be, since he was a lawyer, that he could have gotten away with the perfect scenario that would cast doubt on someone else?

Bambi out having the fancy-smancy hotel rooms for a jag from SC. Lol. We didn't predict anything did we? They just refused to see the truth because they were rooting after the life insurance money. The nation SHOULD know what a few money hungry spiteful and scorned ex wives (or7-8) can get a DA to do if they want the green bad enough. What they put Lisa and her family and friends through should turn into a lesson for the greedy and scorned. I. hope she is able to at least financially put her life back together in any location she desires and in fact, several if she so chooses.
Whatever, she was a scorned women who wanted lots if money ...

Correct me if I'm wrong but if one commits suicide, insurance will not pay correct. So if that was what she was going for she wasn't getting anything anyway. I surely think she would have known that. So making it look like a suicide would not benefit her or any beneficiary in such a case.

Yes insurance will pay on suicide, there is a two year clause in the contract though. This still doesn't mean she did it though.

I'm right there with you. I don't know either one as well, but other than small town hangin', lack of something better to do people, they want a hangin' party to go to because they've run out of Obituaries to dine at.
