That's right folks...it is NOT what's it's being sold to us as.

This pipeline will benefit NO one but exports....to India, China, etc. As a matter of fact, due to the increase it would impose in exporting, it could even cause our gas prices to increase because it would most likely generate a decrease in our Oklahoma production.

It will dirty our waters. Our land and people will be taking all the risks while billionaires like the Koch Bros. stand to gain billions from this.

The wealthy oil companies are lobbying Washington and trying to pressure the President.

I suggest that people do their homework on this issue and learn the REAL truth behind what these wealthy billionaires are up to. They want to tear up our land and country simply to get this to the waterways for export.

O.K. Mr. Coal Miner,Since you seem to think that you are the only one that doesn't have his head stuck up Obamas ass. Why don't you(YOU) tell us how you would create jobs. I see people come up with all kinds of finger pointing. But i've never seen one to come up with a job plan that would work yet. So come Mr. Know It All, put something on the table besides Bull Shilt.

The pipeline would hurt Warren Buffets railroad line that is presently moving oil from North Dakota.

The pipeleine was fought because obama's boy Buffett owns the railroad used now. Dumbass exports to other countries of American produced and manufactured goods is a good thing.

Don't you ever do any research or do you rely on the communal brain?

Its the Envioronmentalists. Obama owes them for their political and finacial support. Also he has blown so much of our money on wind and solar projects, it might detract from that effort. Many folks think Obama doesn't want America to prosper, but to be dependent on Government. Beyond that, it baffles me why Obama opposes the pipeline.

Warren Buffett’s Burlington Northern Santa Fe LLC is among U.S. and Canadian railroads that stand to benefit from the Obama administration’s decision to reject TransCanada Corp.(TRP)’s Keystone XL oil pipeline permit.

.With modest expansion, railroads can handle all new oil produced in western Canada through 2030, according to an analysis of the Keystone proposal by the U.S. State Department.

“Whatever people bring to us, we’re ready to haul,” Krista York-Wooley, a spokeswoman for Burlington Northern, a unit of Buffett’s Omaha, Nebraska-based Berkshire Hathaway Inc.(BRK/A), said in an interview. If Keystone XL “doesn’t happen, we’re here to haul.”

When you put more oil on the market it lowers prices for everyone.By pipeline or dirty diesel engine trains this oil will make it to market,So lets take the jobs building and maintaining the pipeline.

For the life of me i just can't understand why you mental heavyweights think sending liquid sandpaper through a steel pipe at extreme pressures is good idea. It's clear that most of you just don't think at all!

Bering pipeline, saudi pipeline, Alaska pipeline and of course the Pipeline with righteous waves.

I read weekly where one of these pipelines in the harshest unmonitored environments on earth fail with catostrophic results. Well not really but THINK about it. YJCMTSU

This is the ideaology of the enemy.

They trust the government can insure every man woman and child and register 300 million firearms. Find life on Mars. but can't build a dependable transfer system........ YJCMTSU

As I recall there was some objection in Nebraska about going through sensitive land. Seems like I saw the Govenor on TV 3 er 4 weeks ago announcing that an alternate route had been agreed upon. I don't where it stands today. But I do think we need to get the show on the road.

My exact point dumbass, those other pipelines aren't moving oil sands and they fail on a regular basis. With the material and pressure being used the failure rate will be a shitload higher than it is in your normal pipeline moving a lubricant instead of an abrasive. Like i said before you're good at running your mouth but theres not much room for logic with you conservo types, just knee jerk bullshit, short sighted ignorance and need to blame others for your actions and choices.

The route we will take will be on federal land even if it's deliberately diverted from them gun clinging red states. No one has mentioned what the states get for letting this oil transverse their boundaries. Tax and royalty.
