I am going to have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Clayton mobile home for rent out in the Bush area. Just had new windows and doors (real ones not the mobile home kind) put in, new gutters (real gutters) and new underbelly with underpinning. Would trade for part of rent for work on the place. There is also about 4 acres of pasture, a new storage building by Country Barn Builders and a very nice office building included. The back yard is fenced with chain link. There are no very close neighbors. Pets are fine. Just starting to consider this so am looking for interested people. I'd move quickly for the right renter. Reply here and we can figure out how to get in touch.

My husband and I are interested. Can you give me more details such as the price, etc? He is experienced in construction and HVAC and would be able to do a lot of work around there.

I can put you in touch with a really good worker there. He charges 10 dollars an hour flat and I found him to be hinest and hard working. I was very pleased with everything he did. I don't know the best way to exchange information on topix so let me know if you do.

Whats the monthly rent?
Dont see any reason that cant be posted.
Why waste peoples time contacting you if its out of their price range they can afford.

Good point. The rent would be 550 monthly. No crazy deposits. The washer, dryer, stove, refrigerato r is included. It sits back off the road. The neighbors are all top notch people that work for a living.

Sounds like a nice place.I hope you get some good renters that appreciate the location and a nice landlord.Hard to find a good place now that doesnt have druggy neighbors and thieves.Just check out really well anyone before you rent to them. The ones with nothing to hide wont mind.

I'd rather not post details on topix. If you have an email address I can send you the information. Thanks for your interest.

if you are new in this business and it sounds like you are you need to do a background check and ask for previous landlords and not furnish some of the things you listed, just rent to a couple or single person that has a good job and means of paying, you are setting yourself up for disaster if you rent to several kids, animals, and furnish washer and dryer, look at their car and if it is nasty dont rent to them and if they are nasty dont rent to them,go to hud and get signed on and you can still make the call on who you rent too,im telling you I know by many years of experience and dont like some of these people to take advantage of landlords,I AM SURE OTHER EXPERIENCED LANDLORDS WILL AGREE WITH ME AND PROBABLY WILL ADD TO MY STORY!!!

never advertise you have a 3 bedroom, always 2 bedroom and this will eliminate having more then 2 people calling,I am just stating the truth,30 years of experience is speaking here and I am not a bad landlord because I have a lot of precious tenants that has rented 15 plus years from me,550 is cheap rent if you get 6 people and all draw a check and are home all the time, your place will be destroyed and you will see the first time you go in it after about 3 weeks if that long

Do you have anyway a person can contact you other then leaving info on here?
And also something landlord didn't mention, is that you need to get address of there references, so you can see for yourself the people that vouch for your renters. Not all renters are bad, but I have seen some that are, and you can always pay your future renter a visit to see how they live now, some people are clean and just need more room.
