Copper mine may be boon for Superior
SUPERIOR - There are a little more than 3,000 people in the 1.9 square miles that make up Superior.
The town, about an hour east of the Valley, was once a booming mining community, boasting a bustling town center and claiming to have visitors like Doc Holliday and Wyatt Earp.

I mined copper there back in the mid 70`s. mines supplied lots of familes, witha job and was good back then. Whats happend the the old #9 shaft. is it gonna be a tourist mine?
