Facing a crowd of Kaukauna residents and business owners exasperated by the city's creation of a stormwater utility, Mayor Gene Rosin pledged Thursday fees levied by the utility will not go into effect until January 2010.

Thanks to our "great" mayor, whom in no way represents the residents of Kaukauna, I will be selling my house and relocating my business to a different city. He is in no way looking at our best interest, he is only looking to take money from the citizens pockets in this recession that we are in so that he can sit his fat @ss in a brand new chair in a brand new building!
All I can say is he should enjoy it while it lasts, cause I really doubt he will serve another term here! They are taking our rights away one by one....
