How could the Marinet County Sherrifs department let Paul go. This is not right if there was a hint that Paul was drunk he should have been kept in jail until the investigation was over. If it was a African American driving or a Latino. He would still be in Jail

oh dont start going into them being racist for christ sake quit crying im so sick of people saying dumb shit like that dont use the color of your skin or other peoples skin to get people to feel sorry for u, and they released the driver the next day when he was sober he was at stampedes a new bar that just opened he had a few drinks he definetly didnt blow high alchol percentage for him to affect his driving they pulled in front of him and sober or drunk u cant do to much to prevent it. if he gets charged with the deaths of the family it is complete bullshit especially when he already has the death of the family on his mind and he will never forget that i know i wouldnt.

well you cant say that color doesnt invole it because you dont know what we go through because your white and either way the man was drinking it doesnt matter if you blow high or low he was still drinking and driving because if a cop stops you and makes you blow and it has the lowest percent of alchol there not going to let him just go there going to take him to jail. and it is true if it were a hispanic or black that killed an american they would deport the hispanic (even if he was born here or had his green card.) or made them rot in jail! becuase you cant say there is no racisim around because there is. everyone is racist even with the people that are from where there from. i wouldnt feel bad for the guy he was the one drinking and driving thats why there's taxi drivers, if he could afford beers at the bar why not a taxi driver he would of spent the same amount like he did at the bar. that person can rot in hell for all i care for. fabiola and karen were close friends n just because there my friends im backing there shit up. but if it were your family and a latino guy just came from the bar and had a couple of drinks and wasnt drunk you would be acting the same
