I would never trust any survey done by Manpower. My husband is a carpenter in the union. Why would he go to a temporary agency to find a job as a Carpenter for $8.00 an hour when he can make $32.00 an hour in the Carpenters union? Give me a break. No benefits as a temporary worker through Manpower and great benefits from being in the union. There's a waiting list to get into the union and a shortage of carpenters trying to get work through Manpower. Go figure.
