Cell phone tower helps fund new Crandall supermarket

Feb 5, 2010 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: WFAA-TV Dallas

The Cotton Gin serves up daily specials along with talk of the town. "Has anybody seen the store over there?," Daniel Hargrove asked, "David's Supermarket coming in?" It's a topic not taken for granted in this community - a quality grocery store chain - something Crandall has wanted for years.

Ummm, hate to tell ya Marie, but Albertson's isn't in great econ shape right now (several have closed around here!!) and there would have to be LOTS more rooftops in Crandall before Kroger would give Crandall a look. There's not even a Kroger in Seagoville or Kaufman, why would they put one in Crandall yet?
